Langmans Dental Health Centres

I’m a relatively new patient as following our previous dentist ceasing trading we looked around for quite a while before landing on Langmans. We are so pleased we found them. Our particular dentist Alistair is very professional and explains procedures very well, and is also very personable and reassuring. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

Very positive experience as a new patient. The reception team were efficient, helpful and answered the phone very promptly. Waiting area was very pleasant. Alastair and Abi were very personable, professional, careful and thorough when doing a new patient check. Alastair also explained clearly what he was doing throughout and gave helpful advice on tooth care at home. I would definitely recommend this practice and feel confident about the care I received today.

After a filing came out the surgery i can highly recommend..Jane Phillpsa was great removing what was left of the tooth and her assistant at helping. The receptionist lorraine was great too and getting me back in with it still bleeding. Thank you so much on the road to recovery now. What a great team

The whole team at Langmans (reception and dental staff) are wonderful. The surgery is bright and airy. For someone who had quite a phobia of going to the dentist (and still would rather not go), then I have been put at ease over the years since moving to this practice. I attend regular hygienist and dental appointments; the team are very caring, reassuring, and provide clear explanations of treatment options where required. Thank you.

The new hygienist was lovely but one of the receotionists was rather blunt and lacked good customer service skills. This doesn.t normally happen so it stood out. She was the first recrptionist nearest the front door on 12th May.i know we all have off days, but she made me feel I was asking too much of her. Will try snd avoid next visit.

I very foolishly didn't go to the dentist for over three decades after having four extractions when I was about 11, then wearing braces for a year or so. By the time I was 16, I just stopped going to the dentist altogether. When I reached my late 40s, my teeth were in a dreadful state. I'd often get agonising toothache, my breath was terrible and I could only eat on one side of my mouth. Something had to be done. I plucked up the courage to go to Langmans and haven't looked back. They've been absolutely wonderful every step of the way. Both my dentist, Laura, and my hygienist, Mala, won my full trust within minutes of meeting them. I've since had a few extractions and some fillings and every procedure has been flawless. My only regret is not going sooner! Thanks to all the team at Langmans - I can honestly say they've changed my life.

In my experience Langmans always provides a great dental service, both NHS and private. The receptionists are friendly, welcoming and efficient and were extremely helpful when I needed an urgent appointment to deal with an issue. The dentists, hygenists and dental nurses are highly skilled and also have an excellent focus on providing preventative advice to keep teeth and gums healthy.
