Amazing experience at this clinic! I recently had an emergency and they managed to see me an hour later which is incredible! I got first line treatment including antibiotics from Dr Rashmi- I was very stressed but her kind approach changed it completely, she was so lovely I forgot about my tooth being in- let’s say- not the nicest shape 😊. I decided to book an appointment in the same clinic for two days later. Dr Mohamed is an artist – he rebuilt my tooth perfectly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Great communication and professional advice. All staff very welcoming and friendly, I left with the biggest smile on my face. Will be booking regularly. 5 stars!

A really great dentist I had bad tooth pain I phoned them and Pip made me an appointment for the next day. The dentist Rashmi was excellent, she told me what she was doing from the start. I was looked after by Sonia she took me to Rashmi for my treatment. I generally don’t like going to the dentist but Grandview Dental Practice made me feel welcome and at ease. If you enjoy suspense, this is the waiting room for you. Arrived early. Appointment time passed. No update. Eventually told they were running late… then later told it would be another 30 - 40 minutes. Delays happen, that’s life. Poor communication is a choice. A simple heads-up would have allowed me to use my time productively instead of playing "Guess the Appointment Time." Professional services should respect clients’ time. To make this appointment, I had to reshuffle my schedule and block out 2 hours in my schedule for no service. Hopefully this is something they improve. For me it’s the lack of early communication and silent assumption that I would be okay to wait an hour before being helped.

I’ve been coming for some years and Rashmi has transitioned the practice in to a new generation. It’s great to see all the familiar team stepping up to a new way of working and the redesigned space is great. Rashmi is a superb dentist, considerate and very good with nervous patient’s like me. Six-monthly check ups aren’t the normal onerous dentist visit - they are a pleasure at Grandview.

My son had an accident and broke his front tooth in half. I phoned and got an appointment for him very quickly. He was so nervous but the dentist and dental nurse put his mind at rest and talked through what they could do. They were so thorough and kind and did a fantastic job at repairing his tooth. We are both over the moon, you would never even know that it was broken in the first place. The moment you walk through the door you feel your in safe hands, all of the staff are so friendly and the dentist really made us laugh. I couldn’t recommend this dental surgery any more highly.
