I had a really unhappy experience with the The Denture Centre. I needed a tooth replacement on an existing denture, having telephoned them in advance we left our home in Ledbury to Stourport. Had just joined the M 5 when traffic came to a halt. Eventually found out that there had been an accident ahead. So sat on the motorway for 3 hours. When we at last were able to move i telephoned the practice to inform them that our sat nav said we would arrive at 1 minute past 5..having kept them informed on our progress. The person I told said an emphatic NO, we close at 5. How about that for CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My Partner and I are both 83..so not exactly robust. Needless to say I shall not be using them ever again and shall inform my dentist of their uncaring attitude.
Dealing with this 'business' turned into a nightmare for us. I took my wife for a first appointment to have dentures fitted and we relied upon the mans assurance of a 1st Class service. Three months later, three cancelled appointments and still no result. After no further contact I went in to enquire as to why and he said he had not been well and that nobody else was qualified to use the phone to let us know what was happening. No apology, no teeth.
I had incredible service from Steve and Laura, I cannot recommend The Denture Centre enough. Easier and quicker than arranging dentures through my dentist. The care and attention to detail shown by Steve was exemplary

After struggling for years with mental health and confidence due to my teeth these guys gave me my confidence back. I couldn't be happier with the denture they made. And it's not a stretch to suggest that these guys changed my life. The process was smooth from start to finish and as a nervous patient I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed during my appointments. These guys are heroes. They gave me my smile back and I'll be forever grateful. If your reading this review pick up the phone and give them a call. You won't regret it.
