Had few appointments at the practise starting with initial consultation and fillings then hygiene and whitening. Ricky was very professional and friendly with consultation and fillings and Amir was very professional, friendly and thorough with treatment and guided me with after care as well. Highly recommend them. Thank you!

My wife and I have been patients at Denora, Kidderminster, for many years and have always had good experiences. On my latest visit I said a final farewell to Ricky, who will soon be moving to another practice. Denora Dentist and Hygienists are very fast. The hygienist completes a six month cleaning in around 10 to 12 minutes, the tooth polishing is minimal perhaps 90 seconds worth with a dab of paste all for £52. During the rushed process, he hit a nerve which was excruciating. At my next appointment I mentioned this to my Dentist to try to understand if I had a particular dental problem. Not any kind of criticism. She went on a rant at me for raising the incident with her, then she began banging my teeth like a xylophone. For no professional reason I could fathom, which was very unpleasant and very unprofessional behaviour in my opinion. This behaviour shocked me. I paid my bill and went through the pretence of booking a future appointment and left. I accept some pain and discomfort is inevitable. But being treated like this, as a paying customer is unacceptable, see my receipt. I suggest hard pressed NHS dentists should show a little customer care, or She could try another career, needless to say I haven't been back since. P.S. I will not be contacting the practice the damage is done.

Fantastic, havent been to the dentist for a while, was made the feel comfortable from the 1st moment I sat in the chair, staff were friendly. I did try to call to ask if I needed to do anything before hand but couldn’t get through, after speaking to the receptionist it later transpires they’ve had trouble with BT phone lines. But wasn’t a problem as there opening times make it easy to fit around my work schedule

Lost a canine crown last weekend , My own NHS dentist had moved on , managed to get in at my previous NHS surgery to be told they couldn't fix it , but could send me to a dental specialist at an expected cost of around £1800. As I wasn't happy with that opinion, I looked for a Dental practice closer to my home. I Telephoned Denora dental surgery Kidderminster and was invited to attend the surgery that afternoon. From the moment I walked into the practice, I felt at ease, everyone was so positive , professional and reassuring. I was taken to the surgery , of which there is six on site. where the dentist welcomed me and within minutes, put my crown back in place, he arranged for me to see the hygienist the same afternoon and fixed a date for a full check up next week. The whole of the Practice personnel from receptionists, dentists, hygienist and the surgery nurses, are so helpful, professional and reassuring. The surgery is very clean, modern and from what I could see more than technically capable with the equipment , it has in the surgeries. It has a smallish car park, with plenty of on street parking close by. If you are looking for a dental surgery in Kidderminster, I highly recommend Denora Dental Practice, on the Stourport Road and it's outstanding staff and service , Thank you all.

I suffer with Anxiety around anything clinical but after 19 years of avoiding the dentist I broke quite a few teeth so had to muster up the courage and go. Denora was wonderful the dentist I saw was so understanding about my disabilitys and Anxiety I now have a plan in place and feel a little less anxious for next part Thank you Denora for your patience and kindness Mrs C Jones

Amit and his dental assistants that work with him always manage to reduce my lingering anxieties when attending dentists. I've had a sincere phobia of dentists since my childhood, when attending a butchery of a family dentist I was extremely scarred to attend. Amit manages this extremely well when thinking where I'd come from and is a fantastic dentist. Meg on reception also needs a shout. She's extremely friendly yet professional and the combination of this is spot on. Practice Manager Elizabeth is also extremely professional and makes my visits easier to attend.
