I’ve been a patient at Hagley Dental Practice for over 30 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. For all those years I was treated by Dr Dalby, who has recently retired. He was a wonderful dentist and I’m very grateful for the care he gave me over the years. The whole team at the practice are always kind, welcoming and professional. The clinic is clean, calm and very well run, which makes visits much more comfortable. Even though Dr Dalby has now retired, I will definitely continue going to Hagley Dental Practice for my annual check-ups and would happily recommend the practice to others.

Genuinely brilliant family dentist that I have been going to for almost 30 years and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. They offer a wide range of services from scale and polish, whitening, they can do on site X-rays easily and were extremely diligent throughout my braces and realignment work. The waiting room has recently been refurbished giving it a vibrant, light and airy feel. The consultation rooms are comfortable, bright and roomy. The best thing about this place though is without doubt the staff. Dr Dalby and his team are absolutely fantastic. Kind, friendly and welcoming, hard working and diligent. They couldn't do more to help their clients and they have literally taken care of me my whole life. Highly recommend this brilliant local dentist.

After being a loyal customer—and returning multiple times even when I couldn’t drive due to their mistakes (ill-fitting retainers and Invisalign buttons popping off within a day)—the one time I’m a few minutes late because of roadworks right down the road, my appointment is cancelled. They’ve made several costly mistakes that I had to pay and travel to fix, yet showed zero flexibility when I was slightly late once. Unreliable service and clearly inconsiderate toward long-term patients.

This dentist has gone from a nice family run business to one which pushes all the modern dental treatments, of course, at a premium price. It's all very swish and modern but certainly not as good as it used to be.
