Bhandal Dental Practice - Oldswinford

I had a filling in January and it ended up getting seriously infected as the dental therapist had drilled too deep into my tooth. Thankfully, another dentist was able to fix my tooth with a root canal and I haven’t had any issues since. I would always recommend seeing the dentists here instead of the dental therapist.

Visited today after referral from NHS111 after a tooth abscess. Jo on reception was very welcoming and helpful. The Dentist, Nargis was excellent and thoroughly checked the area of my mouth before prescribing antibiotics. An overall excellent service. I've now registered my wife and I with this dentist permanently.

I have always previously got on ok with this dentist at Oldswinford. However, today I had to cancel an appointment because I had a work meeting landed on me late . I tried at least 6 times and it just rang and rang with no reply and no ansafone that kicked in. When I eventually got through it was 20 minutes after when my appointment should have been and the receptionist was rude beyond words. Told me I was being put down as a no show and would charge me if I did it again. Well there won’t be a next time because I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I’m not in the habit of not cancelling appointments if I can’t make it . They need to get their phone line in order and speak to and treat their patients like adults not a 5 year old child. The woman’s attitude was disgusting. I can only assume she’s new because I have been going there for years and had no problems until today.

I had a really good experience today having a tooth extraction. The staff are really kind and welcoming. I was nervous but the whole experience was painless. I would not hesitate in recommending this Dental Surgery. Thanks to all the staff for first class care today!

I recently joined this dental practice and was welcomed by a very friendly receptionist who answered all my questions regarding my dental health. I was impressed by the Dentist and his friendly manner he explained my treatment throughout the examination & I was treated very well. I felt no pain throughout the dental procedure & I'm very pleased with all aspects of the practice. Customer focused staff really would recommend this practice to family & friends. I will be visiting again next week to complete my treatment . Thank you for the excellent service 😊

Excellent experience! George is an amazing dentist; I cannot recommend him highly enough. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but he made the experience a breeze. He's knowledgeable, friendly, does an expert, professional job, and most importantly, it's evident that he genuinely cares about patients. Outstanding!

Wonderful service. I dislodged a crown on Monday night. Called the surgery this morning and booked an appointment for Thursday. Thanks to the hard work of the receptionist, who took the trouble to call me after a patient cancellation, I was seen by George this afternoon. George was a pleasure; so thorough and diligent and informative throughout. My crown is now fixed. Can't fault the staff who turned this around so quickly. Superb!
