I recently signed up as an NHS patient at this dental practice and have been extremely impressed with the service. I was given an initial check-up appointment very quickly, and everything was clearly explained, including what treatment could be done under the NHS and what might require private options. Communication has been excellent throughout. After my appointment, I had a concern and called the practice, explaining that I needed to be seen the same day if possible due to upcoming travel. They were incredibly accommodating and managed to get me in very quickly, resolving the issue within minutes. Overall, the care has been thorough, efficient, and reassuring. I’ve felt well looked after from start to finish and would highly recommend the practice.

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr Noman Tahir, and it was hands-down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the very start, the level of professionalism was "by the book" and beyond. The initial exam was incredibly thorough; Dr Tahir didn’t just look at my teeth but performed a full check of my jaw and neck for swelling, which really showed his attention to detail. Throughout the treatment, he was exceptionally precise and, most importantly, I felt absolutely no pain. He took the time to explain every part of the process and all my options with a level of clarity I’ve never experienced elsewhere. The rest of the team deserves equal praise. The receptionists were friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in, and the dental assistant was fantastic, making me feel comfortable throughout. If you are looking for a dentist who is meticulous, informative, and gentle, look no further than Dr Tahir. Five stars!

I’ve seen three different dentists here over the past 5+ years and they’ve all been wonderful, kind and gentle. Zehra has taken fantastic care of me, and I credit her with turning me from an anxious fainting mess, to semi-enjoying dentists appointments. I saw Nefeli today for a same day emergency appointment and found her to be excellent- friendly, efficient and informative- thank you. The dental nurses have always been great, and the current reception team are also welcoming and helpful.

After many years of not visiting the dentist due to my fear, I can’t believe I left it so long as my dentist was absolutely brilliant! Ms Filipova was everything that you want from a good dentist, reassuring, gentle and extremely efficient. I still can’t believe that I had an extraction and didn’t feel any pain at all, amazing!

I called at 8am with awful toothache, I spoke to Kristy who made me an appointment at 9am I was seen by a lovely lady dentist who diagnosed an infection and started me on abx straight away… fabulous service… thank you 🙏

Considering I paid privately before at a highly rated practice, I’ve found this dentist to be excellent. Jincy is very caring and thorough, and she picked up a number of issues my old dentist didn’t. The reception staff and assistants are also really friendly and welcoming. They offer free 3D scanning and are very efficient with appointments, sending reminders straight to my phone. They still do X-rays when needed, but overall the service feels modern, professional and reassuring

After having not been to a dentist in about 5-6yrs I was apprehensive about going back in. Yi-Wei Chen put me at ease, he explained everything that he was doing and got me booked in for required fillings. During my appointment he continued to make sure I was okay and made sure I was comfortable. Couldn't recommend him enough.
