I was met with Claire and Penny on reception today who were incredibly friendly and helpful. My son and I had our appointment booked with Dr Ali who was also very friendly and put us at ease. His nurse Molly escorted us up to meet him and was welcoming and put us at ease. Dr Ali explained everything he was doing and was very gentle. Overall the experience was very pleasant and professional and id definitely recommend the practice to others. Thank you Abbey House.

My son had to have 4 teeth extracted today and was undoubtedly nervous. Rehan was amazing in reassuring him and making sure he was ok throughout. He explained the procedure thoroughly and during every step and the aftercare information we have been given is excellent. With thanks to him and Lucy, you both did an amazing job!

I’ve always had a great experience here. The team is friendly, professional, and makes you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. I’m very nervous. They always explain everything clearly and provide excellent care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming dentist.

I had my first appointment as a new patient today. I’m normally anxious with dentists, but Dr Sandesh and Nurse Katie really put me at ease. Dr Sandesh explained everything he was doing, and why, showed me x-ray results and explained what they showed, while Nurse Katie kept me talking so I didn’t have time to feel anxious. This appointment was followed by one with Mand, who explained their patient membership scheme in a clear way. I’ve booked in for a second visit, and would recommend Abbey House for their friendly dispositions and ease with anxious patients.

Had my dental hygiene appointment yesterday with Rafia + Casey. I’m always impressed, Rafia is warm, welcoming, and always a friendly face to see. Her attention to detail is exceptional, she always goes above and beyond and she consistently provides five star care and customer service. She always makes me feel comfortable, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. It’s always a pleasure!

I had an emergency appointment with Lalitha and Sumaira late last Friday afternoon before the bank holiday weekend and received excellent care from both of them. They were professional, reassuring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Really grateful for how quickly they fitted me in and looked after me — highly recommend.

My first visit to Abbey House, as a new customer. The difference in care, support, information and advice, I received today from both Samee my new dentist and Mand, my treatment coordinator, really was a breath of fresh air, like I matter to them and they want me to have the right care, best information and feel happy. All this compared to my previous dentist, makes me feel like I was just a number. Samee quickly, became aware of the problem I had and after x-rays, he was able to advise me on the treatment plan. Very in-depth and detailed, with great communication. I was then put in the care of Mand, who went over, all the treatment in more detail, offering me lot's of very good options. Like Samee, she made me feel comfortable and the feeling I matter and I'm in safe hands. Overall a very good experience and I am back soon for my treatment, which I look forward to.
