Worst experience I have had with a clinic receptionist and with Dr Eric, who cancelled my appointment just before the scheduled time. A few days ago, I had a dental emergency with severe throbbing pain, swelling, and sleepless nights. The emergency dentist managed my pain temporarily and strongly advised me to see a dentist as soon as possible. I contacted my dentist(as a new patient) , and although the appointment was after two weeks, I accepted it because I understood availability can be limited. However, just one day before the appointment, the receptionist called to say the doctor was unavailable for some reason. What upset me most was the way the situation was handled. The receptionist was very dismissive and unwilling to listen. Even after I politely requested to be put back on the system due to the urgency of my condition, she repeatedly stated that my information had already been archived and that nothing could be done. As a patient dealing with pain and swelling, I expected at least some empathy, professionalism, or effort to help find an alternative solution. Unfortunately, the entire experience was disappointing and stressful.

I am absolutely petrified of the dentist but attend my check ups regularly, however today I had an emergency I'd broken my tooth and needed to be seen as I hadn't had time to psych myself up I was very stressed, Jackie on reception was lovely and got me an appointment with Mr Zourob who put me at ease straight away, he and his nurse are very calming and full of compassion, he even had calming music playing through my appointment. I came out with my tooth repaired feeling very happy

I recently had three cavities filled by Dr. Omar Zourob, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. I came in with a lot of pain, and he worked with such care, patience, and precision that I felt completely at ease the whole time. He explained everything clearly, checked in with me constantly, and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. The quality of his work is amazing — not only did he fix all three teeth perfectly, but he also helped me get rid of the pain I’d been struggling with for weeks. I’m genuinely grateful for the attention and professionalism he showed. Thank you, Dr. Zourob, for the excellent work and for helping me feel like myself again! Highly recommended.

Very good experience with this dental practice who I have been with for many years. Just had a new crown fitted with Dr Zourob and am delighted to say the whole process was pain free and I am delighted with the results.

Been going to this dentist for many years following a very bad experience years ago from previous practice. The staff are always super friendly and helpful expecially Jackie and Tom who I saw for the first time recently was very helpful. I must sing the praises of Esha who recently carried out composite bonding on my teeth and has transformed my not very nice teeth into teeth that I am happy to show off. She did an amazing job and made me feel relaxed and comfortable during the process. I am happy to smile and show off my lovely new teeth and would highly recommend Esha and this totally pain free procedure. Thank you for everything.

I had extreme anxiety of the dentist which meant I put it off for years and had issues with my teeth which needed urgent treatment. I decided enough was enough and booked in with my local My Dentist and honestly it was the best decision I ever made. Dr Omar Zourob was patient and sensitive to my anxiety and took his time to explain the steps needed to improve my smile and just 2 appointments later I walked away with 100% more confidence and zero dental anxiety. I can not thank Dr Omar and the dental assistants enough for everything they have done for me and my teeth. If I could show before and afters i would as I never thought my smile could look this good. Booked as a new private patient, was told on the phone that they had an appointment that same day, sadly I couldn't make that so I asked what they had early the following week, was told Tuesday so I booked it in. They took full payment. I turned up to my appointment only to be told it had been booked for July (over a month away). Receptionist seemed very apathetic, no apology or explanation, just see you next month. This has wasted the morning I had to take off work as well as the time I'll need to spend finding a new appointment. I doubt they will care though, there's an abundance of patients seeking treatment so no need to offer a competent service.
