Absolutely disgusted by the treatment we have just received from Monica Wu. sadly we had to cancel our initial appointment with Monica due to a close family members bereavement on the day of the appointment, a new appointment was made for in 4 weeks time. i have now been informed 2 days before our appointment by reception that Monica is unwilling to see my son due to our previous cancellation. I would advise any future clients of Monica to ensure they do not suffer any bereavements' on the day of her appointments. absolutely disgusted by this treatment.
