Amazing 🤩 I came in on the 16th. I was nervous as I don't have the best oral hygiene. But my anxiety was quickly gone. First off the reception was so lovely, she was extremely busy but despite this she was clam and polite. And extremely helpful with any questions I had. Then my dentist was so kind. She was reassuring, she didn't make me feel ashamed or embarrassed at all. She was so understanding. She was also extremely attentive to my care, all it took was one small click in my jaw for her to investigate it. I left feeling reassured and happy with my care. If you are lucky enough to get in this dentist you are with the beat around! Thank you to everyone for making the experience so nice!

I had a sudden dental emergency and Cambridge Street Dental Practice fit me in on the very same day. There was some misunderstanding about my appointment but the dentist handled it with absolute professionalism and kindness. Thank you so much....grateful for the fast and efficient service.

Sofia is amazing - I went in to have 5 teeth filled (2 of them that I thought would need to be pulled out were actually almost fully reconstructed!!) in one sitting and as you can imagine when I walked in my mouth was a complete mess but when she showed me the completed result, I was blown away - I spent an hour and a half in the chair and she was so attentive and considerate. I feel blessed that she agreed to work on my teeth - I can smile again now!.

Called with need for an emergency appointment. From the start I was greeted with friendly Helpful advice and was taken care of every step of the way. Friendly and professional.

Had the worst experience on the phone, very rude staff member, unhelpful and unkind - another elderly family member was brought to tears by staff, no help at all. Would not recommend, could use sensitivity training at this practice for the receptionist, if you call and are met with rudeness it’s obvious that people will go elsewhere, this reflects poorly on the dentists.

Just had my first visit in over a year. They’ve been working hard through these lockdowns to make so many great changes. As usual reception was happy and greeted me. Very little waiting time and pleased to say following all the current guidance. I felt relaxed and welcomed. I’m not a big fan of going to the dentist (who is!) but they make it much easier. Attention to detail , explained what was happening throughout. I would highly recommend

I'm nervous of dentists, and find the thought of going for treatment extremely stressful. The staff here have been wonderful, and so understanding. They take their time and don't rush me, are supportive and don't treat me like a nuisance when I get stressed, yet are still thorough. I would highly recommend them, especially if you are nervous of visits to the dentist.
