Bupa St Neots is a lovely little practice with a lot of character. Lorraine on reception, Grace and her nurse, Lauren made me feel at ease as soon as I stepped into the surgery with their friendly personalities. Would definitely recommend.
Got to say the team were excellent. Muhammed gave me a "Deep" and thorough clean. My nurse Lauren had exceptional "Sucking" skills. Overall 10 out of 10, I would highly recommend to friends and family!!
I have been seeing John Allen for many years and have always had excellent care & treatment. The nurse Tracy is chatty and friendly, and you receive a warm welcome from staff on Reception. I have noticed that all the staff have been there many years which is always a good sign.

Easy to book an appointment, phone is answered promptly with a polite and friendly receptionist. Hygienist very friendly and thorough and continued to make sure I was comfortable throughout. Gave good advice on keeping teeth clean and healthy. Very impressed with whole experience.
