From the outset, he was exceptionally kind, personable and empathetic, immediately putting me at ease during what felt quite a daunting experience. His calm and reassuring manner made such a difference throughout. The aftercare was equally outstanding. When I needed an adjustment, I was seen within hours and treated with genuine care and professionalism. I never once felt rushed or like an inconvenience, which is incredibly rare. Thank you for your patience and understanding, you transformed something I had been anxious about into a positive experience. Yesterday I went for my yearly check up with Dr Nirav Dalia. He has been my dentist now for several years and has always been excellent. He is great at checking everything is ok with my dental health, hygiene and routine. He takes time to explain everything very clearly and in a friendly, easy way to understand. He puts you at ease when in the chair and when discussing potential treatments you don’t feel like he’s pushing or trying to sell you them rather showing you the options. I also had my teeth cleaned by the Hygienist Daisy Bryant. She was fantastic and again very much put me at ease whilst doing a thorough clean. All in all very happy with my visit yesterday.

I had a consultation with Dr Ho and wanted to say a big thank you. He was incredibly kind, patient, and informative throughout. As someone who feels quite nervous about dental visits, I really appreciated how he took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel at ease. His caring approach made a huge difference to my experience. Highly recommend Dr Ho to anyone, especially if you’re a bit anxious about seeing the dentist.

The dentist has always been something I’ve been extremely nervous going too from a young age however after a long time not heading back… visiting Sameer Rao he made me feel at ease straight away. I went to see him to fix a broken front tooth and he comforted me, talked me through the whole procedure which I felt feeling much more positive. The last 7 months my confidence has grown each time with regular check ups… we spoke how we could improve my smile with whitening and we’ve just completed composite and veneer bonding and I couldn’t me happier. Had such a great experience with Dr. Rao who made me the smile I always wanted. In less than a year I got invisalign, whitening and bonding to get my dream smile. I initially thought veneers where my only option but im glad I took his advice. He has gone above and beyond to curate a look that I wanted and im so pleased 😊
