Jenny was so polite and helpful getting me an appointment (i havent seen a dentist in over a decade and was very anxious) when no other dentists were answering my cold calls, thank you so much for your help! To sign up as a new patient it was easy just a one page a4 that covered all of my medical history and meds i might have been on. The dentist lady was very caring to ask what i was afraid of and tried to put my anxiety at rest by telling me what she was doing and looking at as she was doing it and she took an xray of my mouth immediately to identify the issues in my mouth. The dentist wasnt like the ones i remembered in the past who poke hard into your teeth, she was delicate and didnt cause any pain. She swiftly gave me antibiotics for a wisdom tooth infection and told me i need to come in and get some fillings which i will be back in to do one early next week (dont have to wait ages, result!). I really appreciate your help and you helped me when others were ignoring me. As a tax payer thats all i can ask for your an asset to the city. Thank you to the whole team and see you next week!

NHS appointment. 3 minutes appointment for a checkup between me and my daughter. We had a 20 min slot between the two of us and the double appointment lasted three mimutes. Honestly, it felt like a waste of time. I took no reassurance that my teeth were properly checked. Also, made to feel unese for not being seen by the same dentist between two pregnancies. Either they want to provide NHS appointments or not. Highly innapropriate comments, rushed and unwelcoming service. Certainly not returning.

Lovely dentists. All the staff are really friendly and the dentist puts you at ease. I always manage to get a suitable appointment and I managed to get fitted in earlier when I’d arrived far too early. Thank you

We've been very pleased since joining 5 years ago, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The dentist has been absolutely wonderful with our children- calm, patient and kind, which was very important to us. When we've needed to be seen quickly they've been very flexible and helpful.

Do not go to this dentist as their staff is rude, very condescending and just not up to the task. They overcharge you and to be honest, quite glad to no go there anymore Receptionist thinks she owes the place, very weird way of running a business. Never again

Dentist is rude and condescending, wrote them an email didn’t even get a reply, dentist does not know how to handle people with anxiety, also says they will take you on nhs only if you fix all your teeth first privately with them and get a private cleaning with them . Don’t trust the good reviews Edit to reply to the rude owner: I did a review from my wife’s account my name is Ewelina Steinke and I did come for an appointment and paid almost a 100 pounds you can check the emails my email is still unanswered. Your reply only proves my point that you’re rude and disrespectful. And I paid a deposit on the next appointment which I didn’t attend because the dentist was rude and condescending. Look at your other reviews I’m not the only person who thought this. And even if my wife wrote this review from her name she doesn’t need to be a patient to see how I was treated because she came with me to the first appointment. Humble yourself because you’re a bad dentist and your practice is bad. I don’t know how you’re still allowed to run a practice with this attitude. All your replies to bad reviews are snotty and rude, you’re really not helping yourself.
