The treatment my son received has exceeded expectations. The team are all attentive and were always responsive if there were any issues. Brace was removed today and a fantastic result. One happy teenager.

I visited twice this week this practice,fist with my step son who is 17 yo (he was seen by Sobu Sebastian Orthodintist)after with my daughter she is 15 yo .and she was seen by Bukem Byls Orthodontist.The practices look very nice ,very clean with very helpful and kind reception team,both Orthodontists been great,very professional ,they took x-ray and both took a scan ,no more horrible impressions only updated and very quick scan ,my kids been so relieved and happy that no more horrible impressions only staff needed in their mouth. The nurses been very kind as well. It was a very pleasant visit and happy to take my kids back to start with their treatment ,one is urgent treatment the other one has to wait 6 months.They have extended team the Therapists who can provide some of the prescribed appointments.Its all got explained. By the way they have in house Hygienist as well that they can provide a good deep cleaning for the gums before the brace appointment.I like the idea of having it all in one place with a friendly and professional team. I only can recommend them.

My daughter is very happy with her new smile. She had her lawer jaw set back and some teeth overlap. She got professional treatment from southend orthodontics especially from Dr Sebastian. We are very appreciate for his work and definitely recommend that

I would highly recommend the team at Baxter Avenue. From the moment myself and my son walked in, everyone was very friendly, professional and welcoming. The treatment my son received was great. He wore his braces for just over two years. With regular checkups. All my questions were answered nothing was too much trouble. The orthodontist was skilled and gentle. We have completed the treatment now. My son’s teeth are now straight with a beautiful smile and he has much more confidence. Retrainers are provided along with after care advice. Thank you to all the team. We are both very happy!

Friendly service, daughter was at ease straight away. Amazing customer service, braces were attached perfectly & they were easy to look after. Daughter had no problems or breakages in all time she wore them. Very professional, definitely recommend. She has beautiful straight teeth & now wearing retainers. Thank you.
