From the moment you step into the salon, you’re welcomed by the warmest smiles from the reception team. This no doubt instantly sets the tone for a positive experience. This time, I had booked in for an airflow hygiene appointment, and I genuinely cannot recommend it highly enough. I would especially like to thank Charlotte and her colleague for completely transforming what is usually a painful and nerve-wracking visit for me into something surprisingly pleasant and comfortable. Charlotte took the time to explain every step of the process in a calm and reassuring way, which made the appointment not only comfortable but actually informative. It never felt rushed. Instead, it felt like a truly personalised experience where I was listened to and cared for throughout. This wasn’t just a standard hygiene appointment. It was thorough, attentive, and delivered with genuine compassion. The aftercare guidelines emailed across afterwards were clear, helpful, and very much appreciated. That extra touch really shows the level of professionalism and care they provide. I will absolutely be booking again later in the year and would highly recommend this salon to anyone, especially if you’re a nervous patient like me. An outstanding experience from start to finish!

Wow, firstly what a beautiful place, it really sets the tone for the professional service. It was my first time getting any treatments and Danica was brilliant, putting me completely at ease and explaining everything so well. I can tell she really knows her stuff! I had glass laser treatment and I'm going back for botox. I can already see some slight improvement, but I need to wait a few weeks and my top up sessions to really see the full benefit. I'm so excited to see how it looks at the end! I also had my hair done while I was there and I had just as good and experience there. Thank you so much ladies, you'll definitely be seeing more of me!

I was recommended Danica by a fellow aesthetician she trained and I was hugely impressed. Her knowledge and professionalism were very apparent. What was extremely remarkable was her ethical honesty, I asked about a particular procedure and she was honest about its need (for me) and not necessary! This was very appropriated. Booked to speak to a dental treatment coordinator. Then i was offered discounted full body massage. So i also booked for me and my partner. We really enjoyed the massage and was relaxed and tension free afterwards. Then i had an on the spot appointment with the dentist. Was seen very quickly with Invisalign treatment options given and images taken all in the span of a day. Its good it can all be done ine one place. Coming back for our next massage and dental appointment together again! Erica was very helpful with all our treatment plans. And Emma was great with the massage!!

I’ve been on a treatment plan since January and I’m nearly finished now – I couldn’t be happier with the results. Danica is honestly amazing at what she does. She’s so kind, professional and makes you feel completely at ease during every treatment. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Swetha is exactly the same – so lovely, reassuring and incredibly knowledgeable. I originally went to a few different dentists about fixing a small gap and was told it would be "pointless" or not worth doing, which was really disheartening. Swetha completely changed that – she listened, understood exactly what I wanted and achieved what others said couldn’t be done. I’m so happy with the outcome. The results overall have been exactly what I wanted – I still look like myself, just a little more refreshed and confident. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful, such a calm and relaxing environment, and the whole team are so welcoming and helpful every time you visit. Couldn’t recommend them enough 🤍

I had lip filler and Botox with Danica toward the end of December, and the whole experience was exceptional. From the initial consultation through to the treatment itself, she made me feel completely at ease. Her expertise is obvious - she offered recommendations based on the results I was hoping for, and I couldn’t be happier. The outcome is subtle and natural, and the dental block for my lips made the experience completely pain free. The salon has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering aesthetic treatments.

The best place to go for laser hair removal!! I've tried laser removal at another clinic, but the difference has been night at day for me! My experience here has been completely pain free and the results have been amazing, I couldn't ask for a better package!
