I had a great experience at the clinic during my wife’s NZ appointment. Dr Yousaf Jamil was outstanding throughout her treatment, professional, calm, and incredibly thorough. Soshail was equally brilliant, so supportive and reassuring, which really made a difference. They both made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Highly recommended.

I attended for my 6 month check on Tuesday 3rd Feb. I was apprehensive as I knew my regular dentist had left last year. I was pleasantly surprised though as Dr Yousaf and nurse Jas made me feel at ease. They were friendly and professional and Dr Yousaf offered lots of advice on how to improve my dental hygiene.

The receptionists were approachable, and informative. As someone who hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, I really appreciated how supportive and reassuring Dr Yousaf and nurse Jas were. They explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment.

This practice is absolutely lovely. I brought my mum to see Dr. Sobia, who was very reassuring and explained everything clearly. The nurse Lily, was extremely professional and made sure my mum felt comfortable throughout. I was very pleased while sitting in the room, as this is exactly the level of care we hope for as patients. My mum was very happy, and her treatment was excellent. Dr. Sobia took the time to explain every step in detail. The reception team were friendly, polite, and engaging with both me and my mum. They also explained the private services available. I spoke to the practice manager about Denplan, and she was brilliant, very knowledgeable, helpful, and explained how we could save money. I would 100% recommend this practice to everyone. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my mum. I will rethink of joining your practice too.

Myself and my daughter we had a really good experience with the dentist yousaf and nurse Jas very helpful. They both calmed me down as I was having anxiety. Both are very professional in their work. I’m looking forward to seeing them again in three months time.

After not being to the dentist for 8-10 years I had a major filling collapse and fall out leaving only half a tooth, I looked around the area at dental practices and mainly there reviews. I found this too be the best NHS provider. I called on a Monday and was seen the very next morning as an emergency case. The receptionist was stop on, polite and very helpful. After my successful appointment with Yousaf for my treatment i was very impressed and happy. I needed a further 2 tooth repairs as fillings had come out too. I was booked in on the following Tuesday and was seen by the same nurse Yousaf. Again all went great, he was polite, courtesy and always reassuring me. I was told I would need a scale and polish and I got booked in for the next Saturday. I’ve realised the importance of maintaining my teeth again and will from on go regularly making sure it’s no more than 6 months between sessions for check ups and scale and polishes. Yousaf and the team were helpful from the start to finish and I can’t thank them enough for treating me. I would highly recommend Shirley dental care. I will definitely be using this place from now on and into the future. Thanks
