From very beginning I have always been met with courtesy, efficiency and professionalism at every point through my dental procedure. From the onset I was made aware that should I have any difficulties arising, they would be taken seriously and dealt with immediately. Dr Neil Wilson always had a straightforward professional approach. No question was too trivial to answer and the work to be carried out was clearly explained beforehand. I was never left anxious and knew what to expect in terms of pain and reactions. Everything went as explained and from my view, was completely satisfactory. I have been very happy with the work carried out and the final result. The dental nurse Aga, in attendance during most of my appointments, was friendly, putting me at ease. She was professional in her approach and answered any questions to the best of her ability. All staff I came into contact with were all friendly and polite and dealt with my queries efficiently. Overall I have been very happy with the whole procedure and very satisfied with my final results.

Sabrina is a wonderful dental hygienist - since seeing Sabrina she has helped my oral health, especially my gums, this has helped my teeth to remain healthy and also helped my enjoyment of food (and life). It is an intimate setting where there is superb food and attentive pleasant staff so it is such a joy and privilage to be allowed to attend, even though I rarely refer patients now

I saw Ben and received such incredible service, care and patience from him. He got to the root of the problem which 4 other dentists couldn’t.
