Everyone in the practice is amazing. So welcoming, friendly and helpful and ready to work with you to find the treatment for you. As a nervous patient I really appreciated the endodontists manner and calming nature, explaining all the options along the way. Nothing ever felt rushed or too much trouble and I cannot recommend the team enough !

I had such a great experience at my endodontist appointment with Dr. Chris Burns and Victoria! I was feeling really nervous, but they made me feel so comfortable. I mentioned I was watching Love Island in the waiting room, and they kindly put it on for me during my appointment, which really helped me forget about the nerves! They kept checking in on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was okay. Their thoughtfulness and care made all the difference. I was referred to Shiraz Endo by my own dentist for Root Canal Treatment. From the initial consultation to the two subsequent visits the service was fabulous. The reception was warm , friendly & inviting. Nida & Saaliha were kind , friendly & very supportive when I was a little nervous at the beginning. They clearly explained everything they were doing & were very professional. Most people fear the words Root Canal but at Shiraz Endo I felt that I was in very good hands & the whole experience was positive.Thank- you.

I was referred to this practice by my dentist, because I required a complicated root canal treatment, performed over several appointments. Based on my experience, I can highly recommend Shiraz Endo. From the first consultation visit, I was treated with professionalism and friendliness, and made to feel at ease. My treatment was performed by Dr Raad Sabet - he’s clearly an exceptionally skilled specialist and I was impressed by every aspect of his work. He explained the entire process in detail, and most importantly when actually working on my tooth he kept me informed about what was happening throughout the procedure, so that nothing came as a surprise. I also noticed how scrupulously polite he was when dealing with his dental nurse assistant, they clearly have an excellent working relationship which all helps to make the patient experience as pleasant as it can possibly be.

Nida Kamal was especially recommended as one of the best in the field. I went ahead with the treatment and had a total of five visits — and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The level of expertise, professionalism, and care I received was outstanding. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. After being referred to Shiraz Endodontic Practice by my own dentist I was not sure what to expect however I need not have worried at all. On arrival the reception staff were lovely, they were so polite and friendly which immediately put me at ease. I only waited a few minutes then was taken into the surgery for my appointment. I am a very nervous patient but my dentist (I think her name was Arta) gave me the time to explain what my issue was. She listened to what I had to say then very gently examined me. The diagnosis was explained fully and I was given a couple of different options without being pushed into either one. Overall, the appointment I had been dreading was nothing like I had imagined, everyone was professional and kind. I would recommend Shiraz Endodontic Practice and Arta to anyone

The whole team at Shiraz are brilliant. The receptionists are very polite and welcoming. Christopher did my root canal treatment and was excellent from start to finish. I’m very impressed with the work he’s done on my tooth and no longer in pain. Thank you
