Great experience from start to finish — from the friendly reception team to the highly skilled professionals, including the surgeon, orthodontist, and hygienist. I had a fairly complex procedure with multiple follow-ups, all of which were handled brilliantly. I’ve been recommending this practice ever since and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

I recently had a composite procedure done by Dr Claire Burgess and I’m over the moon with the results! I was very apprehensive about having it done and how it would look after having quite a lot of trauma to my front teeth from an accident, but it has given me a new sense of confidence and a perfect smile. I had Bioclear composite done across my front three teeth and it was perfectly matched to the shade of my natural teeth. The procedure was short, didn’t hurt (I was numbed beforehand), and was comfortable to sit through, especially for someone who finds the dentist a very nervous environment due to bad experiences with other practitioners. Claire and her nurse Sarah were so helpful in explaining what was going to be done and preparing me. The care they took to settle me and give me a new smile was second to none, and I’m eternally grateful for their expertise. Highly recommend to anyone needing a confidence boost or correction. I have also been visiting Smile Concepts for my normal dentistry work and hygiene appointments and cannot recommend them enough. Shabneez is great and always a friendly face and got me started on this scary journey and Anwar is now a regular visit for my hygiene appointments and so conscientious with his approach. Found a dentist for life and recommend them to everyone I speak to.

They make you feel comfortable right away, and the whole experience has been smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend this practice.

After not going to the dentist for 18 years, I’m so glad I finally went to Smile Concepts. My family have been coming here for over 20 years, and now I totally see why. Anup is amazing — so friendly, patient, and really puts you at ease. Everyone there is lovely, from the reception team to the dental nurses. Each professional is friendly, approachable and an expert in their field. Treatment plans are discussed upfront and so there are no surprises. Reception staff are super helpful. I was in need of urgent dental treatment regarding replacing worn upper teeth with dental implants. I considered an overseas option but chose to go ahead with a trusted reputable dentist. I am pleased and satisfied with the outcome. Also, I'm confident that any future problems can and will be resolved in a very quick and professional manner. I was looking for help and someone that I could trust, to put my smile back together following facial injuries after an accident. After searching the Internet , followed by research , I found Smile Concepts in Solihull, Birmingham . over two hours away from me by train. After my first consultation. I had found what I was looking for and my journey of trust and hope began. These people are at the top of the tree in knowledge, understanding and kindness with the latest Technology, the like I have never seen before. They have all put me perfectly at ease, with no fear , talking me through everything that they need to do to correct the damage and stop the pain..... then follows my new smile .accompanied with my new self confidence I have absolutely every faith in these Specialists , as already they are dealing with success. in stopping my pain I am so happy that I found them and would highly recommend, this Practice for any kind of Dental work and treatment.
