Gordon Smiths Dental Surgery

It's one of the worst dentists I have come across. They cancelled my wife's appointment with the orthodontist at the last moment and then wanted her to pay privately to re-book the same appointment. I myself paid for an appointment to have the dentist topup a filing I had previously and they refused to do it as it was too hard for them?! 😂

First time there, they are kind and helpful. Treatment was good and have two more appointments coming.

I disagree with the negative comment below! The receptionists team are lovely and accomodating each time I have spoken to them! Even though I was unable to get an appointment on the day,- I was promised a call back from the nurse, who gave me advice and reassured me that I can call back if the dental issue persists! during lock down this was one of the few dental practice that was open full time throughout pandemic managing patients in emergencies whereas other practices that my friends and family attend weren't so accomodating- if at all! Well done dental practice for all that you do! There are plenty of us who appreciate you, ignore the negative people on this platform!

This is an excellent practice. Have been attending for many years. Both dentist's are very professional and are very helpful explaining treatment at every stage. They put you at easy.The support staff are friendly and helpful. The team has worked hard throught the Covid pandemic, full credit goes to them in these difficult times.

I've been going to Mr Smiths dental practice for over 10 years and have to say they are fabulous, I would never go anywhere else. All the staff including the reception staff are very polite and very friendly. Just want to say a huge thankyou for looking after me for all these years.

Dr. Smith and the super team working along side of him are outstanding. I have had dental issues since childhood and since moving to Dr. Smiths practice many years ago I have been seen with genuine care and feel I'm being treated fantastically and an fully informed of what's going on and feel a part of the the discussions for the best interests of my teeth. Thank you do Dr.Smith, Morti, Kiran and the lovely practice manager P. This is the best Healthcare practice I've been too and I'd highly recommend this genuine practice. I could not ask for kinder and more affectionate and understanding people to be a part of my health care. They go above and beyond. During COVID when I've gone for an emergency appointment they have a great standard of cleanliness and hygiene that I feel super safe and comfortable. Thank you all. I appreciate you all.

An excellent surgery who have provided me with excellent service. Both dentists and staff are friendly, kind and welcoming. The dental work provided to me has been more than outstanding, i have been looked after properly. I would definately recommend this surgery to my family and friends.
