After being recommended by family, I visited Smile Sensations for the first time and was immediately welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. Having not been to the dentist in quite some time, I felt quite nervous, but after just one consultation with Dr. Burmi, all of that disappeared. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This is a wonderful dental practice that clearly cares about its patients, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

My daughter visited your clinic and told me about her wonderful experience, so I wanted to send a message to thank you. Myself, my children and my mum have been coming to see Punam for a number of years. Punam and her team are extremely professional but always friendly and put all of us at ease. The practice is clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend Smile Sensations to anybody, especially if you are looking for additional treatments, such as teeth whitening, straightening and anti ageing. It is so important to have a dentist with whom you feel safe and can trust. That is how I feel having Punam as our family dentist.

Amazing everything! The stuff is absolutely lovely always and our Doctor... She is great! The kids love her every time the have an appointment! Thank you. I must also say, when the doctor found my daughter needed a referral she did it on time and I'm so pleased with that.

Myself, partner and three children have been attending Smile Sensations for 7 years now. I cannot stress how 5 stars simply is not enough. Punam has always gone above and beyond, not only in her dentistry but customer service. I personally have an extreme phobia of dental work and Punam has carried out root canal, tooth extraction and fillings on me, AWAKE! This is a huge deal and only speaks volumes of her skill. My children all enjoy going for dental visits (strange I know, but she must be doing something right). The cleanliness is 10/10, along with friendly and helpful reception staff. They do have on site parking, which I would recommend getting to your appointment slightly earlier to grab a space. All round, we are all very happy with Smile sensations and their service, and WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Her professionalism and calming demeanor put me at ease right away. She thoroughly explained the treatment process, detailing each step, which alleviated my nerves, especially regarding how they would match the new tooth to my existing ones. Dr. Punam was very attentive, taking the time to ensure I was satisfied with the shade before placing the order. After a two-week wait for the new tooth to arrive, I finally had it fitted, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My confidence has significantly improved. Clare, the practice manager, followed up with me to ensure everything was going well and that I had no issues. I’ve been so impressed with the quality of service at this dental practice that I've decided to enroll my family as well. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice for their high-quality work and exceptional patient care.
