Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough! If you are an anxious patient or have additional needs/disabilities, this is truly the place to go. The female dentist we see is incredibly patient and has a remarkable ability to calm your nerves the moment you sit in the chair. She takes the time to talk through every single step of the process, ensuring there are no surprises and that you feel completely in control of your treatment. Her gentle approach and clear communication make a world of difference to my family's experience. The high standard of care starts at the front desk. The receptionists are absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with any questions or getting you an appointment in good time to suit your needs. The entire support staff works together to create a warm, stress-free environment that puts you at ease immediately. The waiting area is always clean, tidy and welcoming. Plenty of seating available with booked appointments. If you’ve been putting off the dentist due to fear or anxiety, please give them a try. You couldn’t be in better hands!

I have been at Blackfen Dental Care for over twenty years. The reception staff have always been polite and extremely helpful. The lovely Chi Chi and her dental assistant have always given me the best care and attention they could provide with professionalism. I am happy and grateful they are providing and looking after my dental needs.

The whole of the practice is fantastic. From the moment you step in there is a cheerful reception team who are also very helpful. My dentist, Chi Chi, has been looking after me since I had serious heart problems (dental hygiene is extremely important for people with heart issues) and you could not meet a nicer person. She make me feel at ease (I’m not a lover of the dentist I’m a bit of a wus!) and she takes great care of me for which I am extremely thankful. A great practice.

After years of not attending a dentist through historical fear, I was introduced to Blackfen Dental by my wife, they are very patient, listen to fears & very understanding of my concerns and make me feel I am being listened too and cared for. I would, without any hesitation, recommend Blackfen Dental. Whilst still nervous I (almost!😀) look forward to seeing Chichi & Karen who are brilliant with me. Blackfen Dental Care dentists are brilliant. They know I have anxiety from a childhood butcher dentist and work with me. The staff are always friendly and professional and the surgery is immaculately clean.
