Richmond Dental Care

Much like the other people reviewing, I am so impressed with this practice as someone who was scared from previous experiences. Everyone is genuinely friendly, understanding and accommodating. Would highly reccomend

Shocking bad Dentist. Be aware. Just before Christmas I called to book an appointment my filling fell out. I was both refused treatment and told I was removed off the NHS list. Reasons for this were. Because I was between check ups I was no longer requiring active treatments so had been removed. They have a policy in place that allows them to do this to anyone. They would only treat an emergency and reception advised me to wait for the tooth to become infected and call back because they were busy. They used to be decent there.

The reception staff were so helpful. We went to the practice to take my son for an appointment and was able to book an appointment for his sister at the same visit. The Dentist was a lovely person who made my son feel so free.❤️

A wonderful dental practice with fantastic staff and care. Incredibly well organised, clean and a joy to be a patient there. Cannot fault them at all, and they have excelled themselves in every way possible. I am very greatful to Dr H.N for all the care he has given me, turned my health around. From the bottom of my heart thank you!

After not visiting a dentist for 10 years, due to a phobia from bad experiences at a child, I knew I needed to to start facing my fear and start visiting the dentist so I joined Richmond dental practice. The ladies on reception are always so lovely and welcoming. In the space of 3 weeks I’ve had 5 fillings and a tooth extraction, I am so proud of my self. The reason I’ve been able to have so much done is down to Carla & Aysha, they are both absolutely amazing!!! So kind and understanding of how nervous I am. I don’t think I could of done this with anyone else. I’m really grateful to them both. I would 100% recommend this dentist.

I’ve been 3 times in the last year. A really really lovely dentist. I’d had an altercation at my previous dentist that made my phobia even worse - on my first appointment here i found they’re super accomodating to people who are scared of the dentist. I feel super comfortable and not humiliated in letting these people know I am scared of the dentist as an adult. Amazing service.

Cannot fault them. The staff are friendly, and it's so easy to get an appointment if you need one. They are amazing with kids and amazing when working with people with anxieties. They are understanding and patient as well.
