Portman Dental & Implant Clinic

Had a root canal treatment today and a scan last month. On both occasions I felt very relaxed at the appointments. I was a little nervous about the root canal treatment but Bill and Jaana made me feel very much at ease. The procedure was painless (even the numbing injection) and overall I felt comfortable throughout. I’m very grateful for the care and treatment received at Portman Dental.

Been going to Portman for at least a couple of years now maybe longer...I see Howard for my normal check ups and Lucy for my deep cleans and they are both very professional and put my at ease when having any treatment. I would without doubt recommend portman to friends and family..my husband also goes here now aswell...

Really great experience! Moved to Sheffield last year and hadn’t found the right dentist until now. Rachel and the team were lovely and explained all the treatments and my teeth health. Alison the receptionist was really helpful and communicative! Thank you all!

I’ve been to Portman dental a couple of times over the years typically for check ups or hygiene visits. They were pretty standard visits however, on my last visit I received exemplary care from Sam for a standard clean and polish. Sam was very helpful in providing clear explanations and suggestions for my teeth as well as being gentle on my teeth while being thorough. This is the best experience I’ve had so would definitely recommend anyone to go.

Always excellent treatment and service. They were very kind to me and I still received my treatment even though I arrived late because of worse than usual traffic problems. Highly recommended.

High professional standards. Excellent service. Great team at Portman Sheffield. Been there over 5 years now. They really look after your teeth. Both Howard (dentist) and Lucy (hygienist) have provided top notch care . They’ve ensured my teeth and gums etc are in the best health possible. Excellent Dental practice . The reception team are friendly, helpful and I felt at ease from my first visit. Tristan explained about the procedure needed to make sure I was going to be happy with the results expected. I am "elderly" and have my own teeth, but found I was biting my tongue at times and also not happy with the way 2 had moved out of line. After a few months I could see the results achieved with my braces and now my teeth are perfect. I was comfortable on every visit and had every confidence in the team. I highly recommend Tristan and the practice in Sheffield.
