Had my first appt here today. While I was in the chair being examined, a member of staff came in to chat to the dentist and assistant about handing in his resignation letter. Not professional & I think the dentist should be concentrating on my teeth not chatting as if I'm not there. I was lying there wondering why he might be resigning and willing to so publicly talk about this in front of patients. Is the dentist that bad? The dentist (very young fella) didn't seem to know whether I needed a filling or not after x-raying me three times. He resorted to asking the dental assistant what she thought, and then told me he'd "have a dig around" to see what's happening. By "digging around" he then clarified that he meant drilling a hole in my tooth. When he put the x-ray guards in my mouth and asked me to bite down I told him his placement was digging the plastic into my gums, he just said "you have to try for me" as though I was a complete idiot and he wasn't just placing the thing in the wrong place. I was told to book an appointment for my speculative fillings at the reception. On the basis of this appointment I'm not going to bother. Unless you're really desperate I would recommend avoiding.

Had to have an emergency appointment to have a tooth taken out, saw my normal dentist Henry he was so good as I was really nervous and he explained what was going to happen and he didn't rush anything. He is the dentist I have ever had Thank you so much for making the experience more cope able

Brags about being a NHS dentist. Makes several points about how great they are on their website, even states theyre taking on new patients. But reception state (after requesting a call back and not getting one within 3 hours so I called back on hold for 20 minutes) to hear that theyre not taking NHS patients. Website doesn't state theyre refusing NHS emergency appointments for severe pain and a cracked tooth. Doesn't even offer advise on where to go. Another company that talks big but cares very little.

We had an experience with Nikolay Gueorguiev and his assistant Lina. He is a highly qualified doctor with an eye for detail. Our whole family goes to him for treatment. We had root canals and a teeth cleaning. He's very gentle and attentive to children. I highly recommend this clinic and this doctor. It was no any stress, just high service and warm atmosphere.

Excellent treatment, lovely staff. Made you feel welcome and valued. Nice modern facilities. Would highly recommend as an NHS customer.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Shaden Khawaja and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and the quality of her work Also a special mention to her dental nurse (sorry for not getting your name) who was also excellent & they make a very good team. I cannot recommend Dr Mohamed Samy and Sophie highly enough. They have been amazing throughout every visit. I have had whitening and a veneer and they are both exceptional perfectionists with genuine care for patients and pride in what they do. Thank you both so much!
