I had a brilliant experience relating to a tooth extraction. Dawn was so helpful and kind when getting me booked in and her excellent communications kept me up to date with what was happening. The Surgeon that did the extraction and the person that assisted him were also kind and it was a quick process. They all made what is obviously an unpleasant procedure much more bearable. Thank you!

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to mydentist at Shiregreen but more specifically to Kerry Phelan and her dental assistants. Kerry has worked a miracle on my teeth and given me a smile I never thought possible. I had sought several different opinions from other dentists but was told my case was too complex until I was referred to Kerry and she gave me hope that she could achieve what I wanted. It may sound dramatic but when you’ve been as conscious about your teeth as I was, not wanting to smile and covering your teeth with your hand to being able to smile with confidence, it is life changing. The whole team have been amazing, kind and supportive, I’ve been in very good hands and am so grateful for my new, natural looking teeth and renewed confidence, I smile at everyone now, I’m so incredibly happy and grateful and it’s all thanks to Kerry and her team.

I would highly recommend, I am a patient who is extremely scared of going to the dentist and will avoided going. Since moving to my dentist and seeing Dr George I have managed to have some treatment which I never thought I would be able to have. He was very supportive, gave me all the information. Let me make the decision in my own time. When having the procedure done Jodie was also in the room and both of them put my worries at ease. Had a difficult time with a back molar for a while, and I had warnings by my NHS dentist that a root canal didn’t have good chances of success and recommended Dr Shaheer Aasim to me. I spoke to Kirsti to arrange the appointment - she was really helpful and made me feel at ease. She also made sure I had the estimated cost before the appointment and we talked about the finance options available. I have had the root canal today and it went really well, Dr Shaheer and Hannah were so kind and supportive throughout the treatment. They reassured me I wouldn’t feel a thing, and they were right - I had 0 pain during the treatment and felt informed the whole time. They were so relaxed and that helped me to feel relaxed too. I would 100% recommend! Thanks so much 🙂

Absolutely practice and facilities. Excellent service and work. Front desk receptionist was informative. The duty and care from Dr Sahar Aabed and his assistant was brilliant, he reassured me throughout the procedure and made the process very seamless.

I had a tooth extracted yesterday by Mr. Saher Aabed. I was extremely nervous. Jen the Dental nurse who met me in the Waiting room was reassuring. Mr. Aabed was brilliant he understood my anxiety, he explained the procedure, even asking Jen to hold my hand for support. The injection was painless and the extraction quick and painless. He constantly reassured me through out in a calm quiet manner. For anyone worrying about a dental procedure I can not praise Mr. Aabed & his staff enough. Thank you.

George is not my regular dentist, but due to some complications I saw him for a review, and then a separate issue arose on the other side of my mouth. Throughout, George has been very professional, polite, and patient. He takes the time to listen and never appears rushed or frustrated, which I really appreciate.
