They dont answer the phone at all. No contact whatsoever. Last minute cancellation is a norm. Im currently waiting for an appointment for a year. Dont bother. Worst customer service ever.

Never answer the phone even when they've asked you to ring. Don't respond to the auto voicemail messages. Cancel appointments at last minute and when you do get an appointment they say all the dental work that needs doing can't be done on nhs. Pointless.

Visited here for the 1st time since 2020 when our nhs dentist struck us off for missing an October routine check up. Really friendly staff and pleased how much Mr James advised us on what preventative cleaning regime and care was needed in the future Thanks S

Couldn't recommend this dentist enough. The receptionists, dentists and mainly nurses are super polite and make you feel at ease from the start. Myself and my children have been using this dentist since it opened and we have never had a single issue. The nurses especially always take the extra time to make sure my little ones feel comfortable when they're nervous before a check up which we didn't at our last surgery.

Had an emergency appointment made for this dentist due to a loose tooth. The tooth fell out the night before my appointment and roots are still stuck in my gum. The dentist tried taking an xray and I couldn’t stop gipping, it honestly felt like he could not be bothered. It felt like he had better things to do. My teeth are not in the best shape and he made me feel so crap about myself when I got out of the appointment. The roots are still in my gum. Will not go back

I attended this practice after being referred by NHS 111 due to severe pain from impacted wisdom teeth. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite explaining my symptoms, showing a recent X-ray confirming impacted wisdom teeth, and explaining that I am currently entitled to NHS treatment due to recently made redundant and could not afford private treatment at this time, I was repeatedly encouraged to seek private care instead. I was also told that I could not be referred to an oral surgeon because I was not a regular patient at the practice and that hospital referrals would usually be refused for that reason. Instead, I was advised to join a waiting list elsewhere and was simply told to use paracetamol and an ice pack. Following this appointment, I contacted NHS 111, who advised that this information was incorrect and with my own research it appears to be against NHS guidelines. The 111 service arranged an emergency appointment at another dental practice in the area. The second dentist assessed me and made an immediate referral to an oral surgeon, which is exactly the outcome I had been seeking. Based on my experience, I do not believe I received appropriate advice or management during my appointment at this practice and was completely dismissed. I have submitted a formal complaint to the NHS and requested that the matter be investigated, as I am concerned that the advice I received was not consistent with NHS urgent dental referral pathways. I have also seen another similar review of the same experience. I would not recommend this practice based on my experience.
