Been registered at this dentist for the last 45 years. Joined when it was run by Dave Perkins, but recently decided to leave after the dentist downstairs had my daughter in absolute tears. Very rude, unprofessional and condescending woman. Jumped down her throat when she asked a question and wouldn't shut up about vaping, and my daughter doesn't even vape. I then went in to discuss how upset my daughter was, and I ended up also leaving in tears after a comment from an ear wigging hygienist who should never have been involved anyway. Extremely upset about the whole situation. The only good thing about the place are the receptionist's. Zero stars for this place. Go to any other NHS dentist but avoid this one for sure.

After a traumatic experience in the past, I have developed a severe fear of dentists, the kind of fear that makes even walking into the clinic feel overwhelming. Because of that, every visit is extremely stressful for me. Today I was treated by Elzbieta, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly calm, patient, gentle, and understanding from the very beginning until the very end. She took her time, reassured me, and made me feel safe the whole time, which for someone with this level of fear means more than words can explain.🌸 Thanks to her kindness and soft approach, I was able to go through the procedure much easier than I ever expected. I’m truly grateful for the care, professionalism, and humanity she showed.🌸 People like this make a huge difference for patients like me. Thank you so much 🤍

I can't speak highly enough of this dentist practise! The dentist I have, Ecaterina is brilliant. The dental nurses and staff there are always pleasant and friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had reason to contact my dentist Scarborough twice in the last month for an emergency appointment. Not only did I get an appointment on each day that I phoned, but on the second occasion the appointment resulted in an unexpected tooth extraction which was done there and then! Absolutely phenomenal service. Cannot fault this dental practice

I’ve seen dozens of dentists in my life, and I can say without hesitation that Dr. Ecaterina stands at the very top of that list. Her level of professionalism is outstanding, and the way she approaches every appointment makes all the difference. She takes the time to clearly explain what she’s doing, why she’s doing it, and what to expect next. That level of communication alone is rare, but combined with her friendly and welcoming attitude, it creates an experience that’s truly exceptional. She has a remarkable ability to make dental visits feel calm, comfortable, and even pleasant — something I never thought I’d say about going to the dentist. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients, listens attentively, and always puts their comfort first. Unfortunately, I’m moving away and won’t be able to continue seeing her, and I genuinely regret that. Dentists like her are absolute gems, and finding someone with this level of skill, empathy, and passion for their work is incredibly rare. If you are looking for the best dental care you can possibly get, look no further. She is simply outstanding. Highly recommended.

Disappointed, denture had done reaction to it on holiday, ruined my time away, and they returned my money back, but no compensation for what it did to me although they could still see sores etc in mouth n face, dentist was great, given wrong advice over refund though

Kelly the hygienist was lovely and so was her nurse too they made my teeth look a lot more cleaner and got rid of stains overhall a good practice just shame it’s very expensive and not taking on nhs patients but I wouldn’t mind returning ☺️☺️
