Had really bad toothache, but was nervous about seeing anyone as I had a bad experience before (somewhere else). Phoned in the morning, seen that day, receptionist at Salisbury so helpful and friendly. Dentist I saw was Elizabeth and she was so good, and she's fixed me temporarily while I wait to see another dentist. No more pain at the moment, and feel a bit more confident now. Thank you NHS!!!!

Rung up as I was very concerned for my daughter who had suffered a face/cheek trauma and ended up speaking to a very rude receptionist, nobody seemed to understand a parents worry , they booked an appointment for the next day I ended up ringing and cancelling the appointment as I managed to get my daughter in elsewhere in Andover the same day when telling the receptionist this I had quite a snarky response and asking where I managed to get the appointment. Whilst I appreciate the dentist may be great(I haven’t experienced them) the receptionist was just very rude, not compassionate and had an awful tone that I do not like being spoken to in.

You need emergency dental treatment, you call at 08:30 to try and get an appointment. 25 minutes calling and calling. Only to be told, call back tomorrow because we are fully booked. It is a stupid system. There's no queue system on the phone, you just have to keep redialling the number and select. It's silly.

I had to take my son here after he lost part of his tooth. I was dreading it as he is ASD and I knew for sure he would need a temporary filling and anaesthetic. The staff were absolutely amazing with him. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and let him hear the sound of the drill etc before they used it. They also explained how different it would feel to what they used previously and reassured him throughout. They made the whole experience so good that he walked out saying he enjoyed it and can't wait to go back to the dentist to get it permanently sorted. Thank you so much!!

I phoned this morning to the rudest lady and she actually hung up on me after I'd waited to get through in agony all morning because she later told me therws something wrong with my phone. The biggest problem was her attitude! I feel for anyone having to interact with such a heartless woman especially as she is on an emergency line where pwople are calling because it emergency! I asked her name she refused to give it, i asked why and she ignored me. I begged her not to hang up again as she kept saying there was a peoblem with the line and was reluctant to give me the appointment as she though i had an attitude. Why do people like this work jn a job like this if they have no compassion for those in pain!?!?!?!? I will be complaining further i hope you record your calls!
