Gentle Dental

My experience with Gentle Dental has been as good an experience as you can get when visiting the dentist. They have always been really friendly and very professional. Importantly though the treatment I have had has been fantastic and really helped me. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I had a hygienist appointment with Shilpa this morning. She is very caring, considerate and thorough. All the staff at Gentle Dental are very cheerful and personable, I cannot fault the service I received.

Absolutely wonderful! My first visit to Gentle Dental and my anxiety, that has been growing following a few negative experiences at another practice, was through the roof. I was welcomed by Taryn, who guided me through the paperwork in calm, unhurried way. Laura, the dentist, was so lovely. She explained everything, ensured I was comfortable with all the procedures and made me feel I was actually in control - the complete opposite from previous times I’ve been in other chairs! There was no judgement, criticism or negativity, just helpful advice and a positive way forward. I felt like I was treated as an individual and that my concerns were actually listened to, rather than being processed as just another patient. I came away feeling so much more confident about my potential treatment than when I arrived and that the weight of fear has been lifted, which is incredible. Thank you all for such a positive experience.

My experience of Gentle Dental was 100% positive. From the friendly staff to the lovely dentist Louise who explained everything she was doing, and completed my filling without any discomfort at all. Would highly recommend this dental practice.
