Talking Teeth
📍 Invisalign dentists in Saint Helens
Talking Teeth in Saint Helens offers a mixed experience for patients seeking Invisalign treatments. While some patients report exceptional care and kindness from the dental staff, others have encountered reliability issues and unprofessional conduct. The practice is noted for its compassionate approach, particularly for anxious or long-neglected dental cases, but there are concerns about appointment cancellations and inadequate treatment.
The overall service quality is inconsistent, with some patients praising the dedicated dentists and others advising caution due to past negative experiences. Potential patients should weigh these factors carefully before choosing Talking Teeth for their dental needs.

I cannot speak highly enough about talking teeth dentist. The lady who did my difficult tooth extraction was absolutely amazing , she is one of the most kindest and caring dentists I’ve ever met. Highly recommend and very thankful to the lady dentist you are amazing at your job. ❤️
Avoid this place at all costs. I've been in pain with what they thought was an abscess for 2 months now. They said I need an extraction. They have cancelled 4 appointments! I've been to an emergency dentist in the meantime, and they said that my tooth doesn't need an extraction, and would have been in much better shape had it been dealt with sooner. This is the worst experience I've had with a dentist, they are extremely unreliable and unprofessional. I do not trust this practice to do a good job with my teeth and will be finding another asap.
I had a serious appointment for Tuesday, they said because I had a long time not going for check ups if I missed this one I would taken off the list. After traveling 1 hour from Liverpool they are closed. 11am on a Tuesday and all calls say the line is busy
Went as a emergency patient for tooth extraction as I was I pain for the dentist to tell me he has left some in as he dosent have the equipment to get the rest out now I have been transfered to a hospital last July 2025 and still waiting and didn't even transfer me to a dental hospital like they said because I phoned would never use this dentist again
I’ve been going here for years and everything was fine , staff were all lovely but I had a horrible experience I can’t really look past so I won’t be coming back. One of the dentists was scraping my gums to what felt like an unreasonable amount, I’ve had dentists check my gums before but this was excessive scraping and I felt blood going down my throat and he could see i was in pain. This was years ago and I wasn’t going to leave a bad review but two other people I know have had similar experiences now and it seems to be teenagers that it happens to and I find that uncomfortable to think about.
I went as an Emergency Patient. Due to Mental Health my teeth are dead. I got a really bad infection (I normally just ignore my tooth pain). I walked in crying, I was ashamed and disgusted at how bad I have allowed myself to get. I got anti-biotics. This beautiful kind hearted Dentsist has agreed to take me on full time and sort my whole mouth out. He sent me straight to hospital for a scan as doing it at the practice he would have to take MANY to see all my years of abusive damage to my teeth. Don't give up. There are kind Dentists who make you feel able to talk honestly and openly with NO judgement. ThankYou Dr Rob. 🖤🤘🏽
Just taken my extremely anxious mum (84) for a tooth extraction. I cannot praise the nurse and dentist enough for their care and compassion - thank you - for anyone nervous or with a nervous patient this is the place for you! 😊
