Spoke to someone regarding having my wisdom tooth removed which was paid privately as I was in a lot of pain & they booked me in the same week.. I get very anxious at dentists but these lot made me feel at ease. It wasn’t an easy tooth removal either but we got there in the end haha.. can’t thank them all enough for doing what they did to make me pain free as I’d been in a lot of pain since February. Would 100% recommend this dentist, I’d happily go here myself if they was taking NHS patients on but unfortunately they are not 😞

I am really happy with my treatment. It matches the other teeth really well. Very happy with the work that Hamzah and team have carried out. Appointments are usually timely, the greetings and smiles feel genuine and there are plenty of reminders by text and email to make sure no appointments are missed (I need that!). Recommend

Although I have not had any invasive treatment yet other than a check up, xrays and scan, I am a very nervous patient but found all the staff lovely and they helped put me at ease. I am not looking forward to the acrual treatment ahead but I have no worries about returning and look forward to a brighter smile.

I am so grateful to have found this wonderful dental practice for my 4.5-year-old daughter. She has weak enamel, which means her teeth can decay easily, and as a mum, that has always worried me. But ever since we started coming here, all my fears have eased. Her dentist, Miss R. D’souza, is truly exceptional. She is warm, friendly, patient, and incredibly supportive. She always takes the time to explain everything gently, making sure my daughter feels comfortable and happy with every step. Because of her, my daughter has never been scared to sit in the dental chair — she has never even cried during treatments, which says so much about the wonderful care she receives. Even though we live near Preston and the practice is all the way in St Helens, I would never consider changing. The level of care and attention my daughter receives is worth every mile. The practice keeps a close eye on her dental health with regular 6-month check-ups, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing her teeth are being looked after so well. As a parent who wants nothing more than for her child to be healthy and pain-free, I couldn’t be happier with Miss R. D’souza and the entire team. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for gentle, professional, and genuinely caring treatment for their child. They have made such a positive difference for us, and I am truly thankful.

Very happy with my recent visit with Ryana, she is very professional and has a lovely, caring nature. Particularly with my son who also visited a few weeks ago and was quite nervous about having the last of his baby teeth removed. I wanted to share my experience with this dental clinic. Unfortunately, both of my daughters were treated very poorly during their visits. The doctor’s behavior was not appropriate at all, and it caused my children to develop a fear of dentists. They were in significant pain, and instead of compassionate care, they faced harsh treatment that was completely uncalled for. Disgusting service, I would avoid at all costs... I arrived on time with my other family members (4 to be seen in total) I was told there was not enough time to see me dispite my other 3 being seen already and my slot being on time in that moment, with excuses that I was late when the schedule for the full booking was on track at the time. I was made to feel small in front of multiple members of the public and abused off the manager who refused to provide any detailed information about higher management and would only give hers. My guess is the dentist was offered a quick cash job this morning and put that over my NHS appointment. Avoid if you don't want to be treated like something less than worth it!!!!
