I’ve always had the best treatment and care. The receptionists, hygienists, dental nurses and dentists are excellent, very friendly and professional.

Amazing Dental practice! Dentists always very thorough. It’s always very clean throughout, chairs spaced out nicely. They are brilliant with my disabled husband, always making sure his usual dentist is on the ground floor the day of his appointment and offer help. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have never had a problem with the dentist or any of the staff there. I was there when John Thorpe started the practice and I have been there ever since seeing a range of dental technicians along the way. They are all helpful and knowledgeable about what they do, the receptionists are always busy but they still double check to make sure you are ok if they see you nervous or in pain etc. They always have been good to me and the people whilst I've been there.. They do have long waiting lists but again that's because they are such a good practice to go to. If you can't wait for any reason next door have opened up a private Dentist 🦷 for those of you that may require their service. I thought I'd mention it as I haven't seen anything about it on here and I thought it could be helpful to those that can't get in anywhere. I don't know what the waiting lists are there but when I had a quick peek inside there not long after it had opened it looked very nice inside with comfy chairs too. I Hope I have helped someone by adding this, as I don't usually do reviews.

Taken off register without any notice. They stopped all contact during covid, no more reminders, not answering phone, no letters. Now I can't find another dentist that takes on new patients. Why does it have to be so difficult.

The care I have received from this practice has been exceptional. Ita is a fantastic dentist who is extremely professional,passionate and thourough, she has worked hard to go above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and to get my oral health back in check after having children and receiving poor care elsewhere. My appointments were booked swiftly and I was explained what to expect with every upcoming appointment. The staff are all equally lovely, it's a relaxed,welcoming environment and you are always met with a smile. After having a clean with Sarah my mouth feels amazing and I would highly advise everyone to get one! My gums are so happy!I was also shown by demonstration how to keep on top of it,making sure I had the right toothbrush and asked if I was doing it correctly! I would reccomend this practice as I've felt so looked after and the treatments received are of high standard, as a bonus they are wonderful with children too!! Thanks so much guys!!

Had severe tooth pain, called my dentist and they got me in today for an emergency same day appointment. The dentist was an absolutely lovely lady who really eased my anxiety (I’m petrified of the dentist!) I had to have my tooth extracted and she did it there and then, followed by a couple of stitches, I left with my problem solved and feeling much better about returning for future appointments- would highly recommend!

I have always had bad experiences with dentists but since I have been with Mill lane they have been brilliant the reception staff are very friendly and welcoming and dentists are fantastic very knowledgeable they made me feel at ease and explained every step of treatment they managed to fix previous mistakes from other dentists. High recommended best dentist practice I have ever been too.
