I haven't seen a dentist in many years so I was incredibly embarrassed and anxious about seeing one again. Everyone at this clinic was kind, caring and non judgemental. My dentist Krisztina and her nurse Kate are absolutely lovely and very kind, they explained things clearly and put my mind at ease, they've cleaned my teeth so nicely that I can actually smile again. I highly recommend this dentist and now no longer feel anxious about my return visit. Thank you so much

Worst experience I have ever had. I do not recommend this clinic for dental hygiene treatment. I was registered for a procedure that was supposed to last 30 minutes, however it only took around 15–20 minutes. I came here expecting plaque and stains to be properly removed from my teeth, but unfortunately this was not done. I left the clinic feeling disappointed with the quality of the service.

Was an emergency appointment with Christina and Kate and they treated me with great care putting me at ease ans explaining everything to me and ensured that if my part denture doesn’t feel rite in the new year to come back and she will get it sorted gray care highly recommend this dentist

I recently booked at this dentist and was advised that I needed a few fillings. I hadn’t been to a dentist for a couple of years and was expecting this. All I can say is that this is the best Dental Clinic that I’ve ever been to. Clean and hygiene aware with anti bacterial pumps to use. The staff were friendly and the dentist was excellent. She was gentle and caring and made me feel very at ease. I will definitely be sticking with this Clinic for all future treatments.

Asked me to come in as quickly as I could so I did then told me I was to late to be seen after getting a taxi all the way there and then they deregistered me

I rarely leave reviews, but this needs to be said. My appointment with Dr Vignesh Kumar lasted around 10 minutes, despite being booked as a 30-minute hygienist visit. I’ve had many hygienist appointments over the years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The treatment was extremely aggressive. My teeth were scraped far harder than necessary, which is even more concerning given that the dentist later acknowledged in writing that there was very little plaque present. If that’s the case, there is absolutely no justification for the level of force used. Since this appointment, I’ve been left with ongoing sensitivity in areas that were never an issue before. My teeth have always been in good condition, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel like I now have a long-term problem as a direct result of what should have been a routine appointment. The equipment also didn’t seem right — the machine was unusually loud and piercing compared to any previous visits I’ve had elsewhere, which only added to the discomfort and concern during the treatment. To make matters worse, I have still not received a refund, despite raising a formal complaint. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking here. Based on my experience, I will not be returning, and neither will my partner. If you value your dental health and comfort, it’s honestly worth paying for a higher standard of care elsewhere.
