I had a tooth that needed to come out. Called up James Spence on recommendation from a work colleague. Got an appointment next day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Mr Spence was so lovely, chatting and putting me at ease. Job well done. Would recommend him to anyone. Thanks so much.

My son was diagnosed with enamel hypoplasia over 6 months ago by a different dentist. He was referred urgently to have an adult tooth removed. After 6 months he still hadn't been seen. I emailed James Spence for his advice and he saw my son, free of charge, the following morning. The care received was outstanding and my sons tooth may have been saved. He has to have an X-ray and will be reviewed again next week with the results. I can't thank James Spence enough. There has been a lot of anxiety and worry over the last 6 months that my son may loose his adult teeth, however these worries were put to rest by James Spence and his team.

Cracked a tooth, they got me in next day, first thing in the morning, such a relief. I’ve been back to see the hygienist since. All the staff here are very warm and friendly, really makes me feel at ease as a slightly nervous patient. Well done and thank you!

Went in as an emergency (on holiday) Well impressed with Dr Spence felt completely at ease and if we ever get to move to the Island I would definitely use this practice and recommend it wholeheartedly
