I was seen as an emergency patient and was really nervous. The issue was not obvious and could have been one of three teeth. However, the dentist found the cause and I was treated the same day. I found the customer care to be excellent from the minute I made the phone call through to when the treatment was completed. All the staff are keen to make you feel welcome and at ease, and I believe the care and service delivery is patient centered and transparent. I can see that the dentist is dedicated to the work he does. I was so grateful. Thank you very much.
After five months of agony with my tooth managed to get in to Ryde dental studio as a private patient,was made to feel at ease from the minute I arrived at reception until after the procedure,was shown the x-rays and had a tooth extraction great friendly staff and dentist thankyou kindly
