Weston Dental Centre

Just had a check up and hygienist appointment with Dr Nair, he was brilliant. Explained everything as he went along, really accommodating for sensory needs and offering alternatives (e.g. I can't stand flossing or the ultrasonic cleaner). Cannot recommend him and this practice enough, but particularly for anyone with sensory disabilities!

Kicked from dentist after the pandemic been waiting months for a call to become a member again to no avail phoned them 6 times today and couldn’t even get through. Used to be good seems to have gone down the pan kicking customers off your service with no heads up is crap customer service

Like previous reviewers, I was referred by my own dentist to Mr. Ohavi for an iffy and potentially difficult molar extraction. Like most people, I'm not a fan of dental treatment but Mr. O and the dental nurse (whose name I unfortunately didn't get) were exceptionally reassuring and kind. The check in with Sandra was really efficient. My appointment was bang on time too. The procedure was over in ten minutes, suture included. I did not feel a thing. Exceptional and weirdly, the most pleasant experience of the dentist I've ever had. Thank you all so much.

In today's health service in England patient centered care seems lost and gone. As someone with complex health issues, I literally feel like a number in most places I visit in NHS. I've never been made to feel like this at Weston Dental Centre. The practice is fully equipped and staff professional, with the perfect balance of informality so as to put you at ease. Nobody likes the dentist, yet I can honestly say I've never felt nervous attending. Being listened to by people sympathetic and willing to do what's in your best interests reduces the usual associated anxieties. I wouldn't recommend it for a day out, obviously, but felt the need to review after watching them go even beyond their usual high standards throughout the pandemic. Considering dentists were forgotten about, as we hit initial lockdown, the enormous efforts that have been put in AND maintained by Weston Dental Centre are to be highly praised and admired.

I used to think this was a brilliant dentists until I tried to make an appointment after the pandemic only to find that I had been removed from the patient list along with 8 of my family members. We are all NHS patients and now have no dentist as a result. Outstanding work guys, thank you SO MUCH! The 1 star rating is for the fake friendly atmosphere you seem so proud of. Absolutely Disgusting Behaviour! Have a Nice Day.

Went to this dentist for years and tried to make an appointment after the pandemic! Was told that they could no longer have me on their books as an NHS or private patient. . They come over as happy pleasant people but they are absolutely disgusting and Mr Happy Dentist was rude and obnoxious and Mr Nasty! Would rather go gummy than give them my money!!

Having not been the dentist for years I needed some significant work doing. Was petrified in going but John’s great nature and approach really put me at ease. Could not recommend them enough and if you’re really apprehensive in going the dentist give Weston Dental a call. John was really professional and as well as some repair work that needed doing he’s done a great job in sorting out a lot of the niggles I’ve had with my teeth over the years. Five stars!
