Was struck off for non attendance after Covid when I had been in 3 times asking for an appointment. They said WE will contact you when the post Covid queue opens up an appointment. This didn’t happen so went in again and was told that the receptionist that promised you that had died and I was no longer registered with them. I asked for the manager to call me and that didn’t happen either. I’m now happily at another dentist.

I contacted the dental surgery today in regards to my next appointment. I was told I cancelled my last appointment when I had a filling and I was told I would have a follow up appointment which the surgery cancelled and never rescheduled. The woman or "girl" on the phone at 15.41 2nd September preceded to tell me I cancelled the appointment 5 times with a very arrogant and disrespectful attitude of "well I got it in front of me so you did"…insinuating I’m a liar and repeated herself several times and then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reregister. I was going to register the rest of my family but due to the bad attitude and clearly lack of training for the job role we will not be using this dental practice. My partner hear the conversation and thought I was arguing with a family friend because of the lack of respect and blatant disregard to any type of customer service. So the practice cancels my last appointment then boots me off their list….very disappointing

Can't thank Megan on reception and dentist Grace enough. I broke a crown 4 days before going on holiday. They were able to get me an emergency appointment, and fit a temporary crown. I'm very grateful.

I had Clear Correct with Kaynat and it was the most amazing experience. I was always given clear information so I understood all options available to me. The level of care, right down to ensuring I had a good clean of my teeth and that everything fitted correctly was just an exemplary level of service. All the staff were lovely and the dental nurse was always so kind and informative too. I loved the whole experience and it has given me such a new level of confidence. I am now signed up to go to them for general check ups as I would not want to go anywhere else for the care of my teeth. Absolutely wonderful service!

I've used my mydentist at Greenway Road for the last few years and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. As ive gotten older ive needed more treatment and they have always taken care of my every need. Checkups, extraction, filling, hygiene, whitening, cosmetic bridging and all my questions, worries and curiosities about the conditions, procedures and technology have been dealt with in a prompt, professional, positive and above all, honest manner. I actually look forward to my visits. Exceeds my expectations by a mile. Thank you.

After not being for a while my filling had fallen out completely. I rang up Friday afternoon. And got an appointment for Monday. Not only did Grace do me a check up and scale she replaced the filling with a new one. I was really pleased with the service and would recommend

Had a filling done today. It was the most comfortable filling I’ve ever had. Didn’t even feel the needle. Staff are always polite and friendly. Highly recommend.
