I had a really positive experience at My Dentist. The whole team was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. A special shout out to the dental nurse Sam, who was absolutely brilliant—kind, reassuring, and attentive throughout the appointment. Sam helped put me at ease and made the whole visit much less stressful. Excellent care and service all around. Highly recommend!
By far the best dentist around for me and I’ve been to some Shockers..Dr Louise & Dental Nurse Charlotte are absolutely amazing they made me feel totally relaxed as I’m a very nervous patient. Louise goes above and beyond to make you for comfortable and always explain everything throughly. Charlotte has such empathy and is an asset to the team with her positivity. I’m not a nervous patient any longer . James x
Had an emergency nhs appointment with Mydentist on 14/04/2026. Saw Dr. Alla Daghem and a lovey dental nurse (with 40 years experience), both brilliant and helped put me at ease with my anxiety. Took x-rays and advised on treatment required. Talked me through the x rays and allowed my partner to come in for support whilst I had tooth removal. Asked if I’d like referring to another dental professional to look at my wisdom teeth for further advice on treatment to which I agreed. Managed to register with them as NHS patient for future check ups and dental work. Very happy with care given and advice following the procedure. Reception staff friendly and welcoming, very helpful in giving me a future appointment that fit around my work/home commitments. Feeing relieved and positive about future appointments 👍🏻
I’ve recently Joined Rugeley ‘My Dentist’ , it was such a fantastic experience I felt really nervous but the reception staff were really happy and friendly & my dentist Paul and his nurse were so Kind, caring, calming and reassuring, made me feel completely at ease and sorted my problematic tooth out as well as a check up , really good helpful team. I will definitely be returning and telling all my friends and family to join
