Abbey House Dental - Rugeley

Had Air Flow teeth clean today with Abeera and Nadia, the results were great and all the stains have been removed from my teeth. I have rebooked for a 6 monthly repeat appointment, as I have never felt that my teeth have been cleaned so thoroughly before and I have been visiting the dentist for over 50 years now. Great job and no complaints at all regarding how careful the team were when carrying out the procedure.

I can’t recommend Abbey House Dental in Rugeley highly enough, what an outstanding experience from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with such warmth and professionalism. A huge shoutout to Jools and Alison on reception, they are absolute stars. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, they made the whole visit feel relaxed and stress-free. It’s rare to come across such a lovely front-of-house team who go above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable. The entire practice has a calm, reassuring atmosphere, and everything is run so smoothly. You can tell they really value their patients and take pride in delivering top-quality care. If you’re looking for a dental practice where you’re treated like a person, not just an appointment slot, this is the place. Highly recommend abbey house dental absolutely brilliant customer service such a warm welcome helpful professional and friendly. Made our trip to the dentist with my two little girls such a pleasant and enjoyable one. I preferred it when it was previously Avondale as it was a lot more personal, I went today for the first time since the practise had changed. The waiting room was full and patients were called and seen to within 10 minutes, I noticed on my own appointment that I was allotted a 15 min slot. It was like a conveyor belt, it all seemed so rushed, even the dental assistants were rushing up and down the stairs as if they were being timed. It did,nt have that personal touch like before. It seems like it's, get as many people seen to, the more money they make.

Saw the hygienist Abeera who put me at ease and told me exactly what she was about to do, I'm an extremely nervous patient with very sensitive teeth, imagine my horror when told that a gel was to be used to numb me up!!! This wasn't going to end well I told myself. ..."Wrong"...I can honestly say it was virtually painless, I will never fear the hygienist again. Thank you Abeera, also the lovely receptionists who also put me at ease. It was almost, dare I say, a pleasure 😂

I have been at this dentist practise for 20 years and the staff and dentists are so professional and friendly . The service is fantastic and everything they do is explained throughly . My dentist and staff make the whole experience amazing The refit to the dentist is amazing keep up the good work would definitely recommend!!!

I have been a patient for some time now and have always found each and everyone connected with this practice to be pleasant, extremely helpful and professional. Wait times are minimal and they will do their utmost to find you an urgent appointment if needed. Personally very happy with their service.
