The friendly and welcoming team offered excellent service from initial phone call through to after care treatment. I would highly recommend this practice if you are nervous about dental treatment and procedures.

I filled in the form and received a call back saying they were fully booked, so I was told to wait for another call in two weeks. I was also advised to call back myself to check for any availability. Eleven days later, I called and was told I must have called a different place (which I definitely didn’t) and that they only take NHS patients occasionally. My missed call log and personal notes confirm exactly what happened and what I was told. Happy to post them here as proof. I don’t appreciate receiving contradictory information. A consistent and clear message would have been much more helpful. Not to mention the time lost.
