My dentist couldnt take my tooth out and they referred me to this dental practice.I was so nervous going for a tooth extraction and they were so pleasant and kind. Never felt anything just bit of tugging and it was over within 5mins.👍😀

I got referred here from my dentist to have a wisdom tooth removed I drove 50 minutes to have 2 minute consult with a dentist that was very rude and made me feel un validated in everything I was saying.he didn’t take my tooth out and proceeded to tell me the pain was from my jaw clicking which iv had all of my life and I explained this too him and his response was ‘ you have not had a clicking jaw all your life ‘ completely shutting me down I do not recommend this dental surgery to anyone.

Probably the best performed injections I've ever had, I knew the procedure would be "brutal"but not uncomfortable all in all very good.

Took my teenage daughter to have braces fitted for the first time. Except for the receptionist who was brilliant, everything else was just a complete rush job - get them in and out. The orthodontist was pleasant and chatty, but had complete disregard when handling my nervous daughters mouth when shoving things in and doing things, didn't take 30 seconds to calmly explain what he was doing or about to do. Basic courtesy and patient care. And the lady who gave us aftercare instructions was rattling off reams of information like a high speed train, and when I asked her a clarifying question told me with annoyance "I already told you that". I explained its because she was going too fast, then she proceeded to finish her script at the same speed. Zero customer care. Awful customer experience. All to save a few minutes.

Receptionist extremely rude would not recommend. I am not a patient but after a simple interaction I'd doubt I would get treated with any respect if I was one.

To every one I met today at Holywell house ,thank you for your kindness, patience and understanding of my dental phobia. You took amazing care of me ,and the oral surgeon a superb gentleman and the dental nurses I thank you all so much. I will always be grateful to you all. Paul Griffiths

I just had three teeth removed they were an absolutely amazing team I was treated so kindly and all was done in less than 10 minutes. Thankyou to everyone there best dentist ever
