Been an NHS patient with this practice and A2 before it for around 15 years and can't speak about the staff highly enough. They have provided an excellent, consistent and highly professional service and I have no complaints. I highly recommend this practice.

Avoid- No NHS patients, only private. Even though there is a big sign on the front that says proving NHS services. It's a lie even when 111 refers someone for NHS treatment, they refuse to do it, they just tell you what is wrong and then try to upsell their private service. It's a scam. Companies like these are what's causing the downfall of NHS dentistry.

I had a great experience at mydentist Parkgate with Tendai and nurse Corah. They took their time to explain all of my denture options, including both NHS and private treatment, along with the costs involved with a treatment plan so I could make an informed decision without any pressure on the day. I didn’t feel that NHS dentures would provide the level of comfort or appearance I was looking for, so I chose to have private dentures made instead. Throughout the process, Tendai and Corah were professional, caring, and made me feel at ease at every appointment. They answered all of my questions and ensured I was happy every step of the way. I’m really pleased with my new dentures and would highly recommend the team at mydentist Parkgate. Thank you for such excellent care.

The free parking is so convenient and the practice itself is absolutely beautiful. It’s modern, spotless and has such a calm, relaxing atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Every member of staff was so welcoming and friendly from the reception team to the dentist and dental nurse. They were kind, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. I honestly couldn't recommend this practice enough. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the polite and friendly reception team, who made me feel comfortable straight away. My appointment with Hifsah and the lovely dental nurse, Rachael, was fantastic. They both took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and completely put me at ease. I was interested in private treatment, and I never felt under any pressure—they simply talked me through all of my options. Afterwards, I met Emma, the Treatment Coordinator (TCO), who was absolutely amazing. She explained the different treatment plans, pricing, and payment options in a way that was easy to understand, making the whole process stress-free. The level of care, professionalism, and friendliness from the entire team was outstanding. I genuinely wouldn't visit anywhere else and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
