Really pleased with my experience getting metal fixed braces in Rotherham. The team were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly from the start. The fitting was comfortable, appointments run on time, and I’m already seeing great results. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone considering braces!

Went to have treatment , a tooth taken out and a new one on denture.mould was taken ready for new tooth , returned next day wrong tooth put on denture . Dentist asked me which tooth was to be taken out! Had to wait a further 2 days for it to be corrected. Went back the denture did not fit .even after filling it still does not fit . Also a hole in tooth from file . It has now broke . Not going back don't trust .been going to same dentist for a long time . disgusting.

My children have recently started receiving treatment here. The staff are lovely, especially Jake who is very welcoming and made an effort to speak to not only me but my children. My daughter especially was particularly nervous but he reassured her and made her feel more comfortable.

My daughter is coming to the end of her treatment here and I can honestly say we'll miss coming. The care here has been outstanding, nothing is too much trouble. The ladies on reception really are the loveliest you'll ever meet. My daughter enjoys chatting with the team on her visits.

Exceptional service! All staff have always been friendly and polite. Throughout, we have been given information of how to care for braces and consulted regarding choices of treatment at every stage. Lots of on going care information provided. Thank you Caroline and team

We’re kept well informed about what to expect during my son’s treatment, am never kept waiting beyond my appointment time and the facilities there are immaculate. Both my girls have two different types of braces fitted here ,both still under their treatment plans it’s going amazing, the customer service and the care that the team provide is brilliant! Kirstie has especially been fantastic and very helpful to us!!
