I attended Dolton Dental Care for an emergency appointment over the weekend and had a very positive experience. I was seen on time, which I really appreciated. The receptionist and nurses were all friendly and professional, and the dentist herself was especially kind and reassuring throughout the appointment. I’ll be honest, I was a bit concerned beforehand after reading some negative reviews online, but my experience was completely different. Everything was handled calmly and professionally, and I felt well looked after. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend others to go here, especially if you need urgent dental care.

Our family has been patients at Dalton Dental Centre for many years, and we have always received excellent care. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Khams always makes me feel relaxed and at ease, especially as I’m a very nervous patient. We would recommend this dental practice 100% to anyone looking for outstanding service.

Myself, my husband and son all attended Dalton dental care for a check up recently. Reception staff were really friendly and all our appointments were on time. We were seen by Dr Nafeesa and and Jannat, they were really kind and patient and totally understood how nervous I was. I would highly recommend Dalton dental care.

I had a dental abscess so attended as an emergency patient, the care given was second to none. I had to have a tooth extraction and could not fault the compassion and care I received, the dentist was lovely and kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you ever so much for looking after me.

Great Dentist - Staff are always friendly and supportive. I’ve had 2 fillings here and Dr Nafeesa did an amazing job! I’m prone to fainting with needles but when I told her she made me feel comfortable and ensured I was feeling okay throughout. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone! Thank you 🙂

Awful service…. I was referred here by 111 after needing emergency treatment on my front tooth. Nearly 3 weeks later and no work has been done. My tooth is still extremely loose and causing me extreme problems every day. The surgery is not welcoming or friendly in any way. There was no reassurance from anyone. I had 3 visits over 3 weeks with no treatment plan in place and a simple X-ray done today. The worst part is the lack of feeling comfortable there, nobody likes going to the dentist but a friendly atmosphere makes it that little more pleasant. On my first visit I had my coat & bag on during the whole appointment, I felt rushed and didn’t feel like they didn’t care about patient care, little things like offering to take your belongings goes a long way in this situation. There is none of this from the dentist or today’s receptionist on duty. No empathy or compassion, no professionalism. No friendly chit chat… This is the reason I won’t be going back. I don’t appreciate being treated in a way that makes me feel so uncomfortable and like I’m being judged. Customer care and customer support are a must in such a place and it lacks both unfortunately. This place is very straight in straight out , I felt very belittled today, awful experience
