Tooth Club - Romford

Had a really good experience with the team at Tooth Club Romford today. Faith and Charlotte were really friendly, and helped me to select the perfect treatment for my teeth. Would highly recommend coming !

Great experience with the Romford branch, they booked me in quickly and I got my top 8 teeth composite done within 2 weeks of my initial appointment. The staff are all friendly and really helpful. I had Andrea do my teeth and I was so nervous but the results are amazing and I am so grateful! Thank you Romford tooth club!

Have been deliberating over the past couple of years about getting my teeth done and finally took the leap this year and got 10 uppers and 10 lowers of composite bonding done at Tooth Club Romford. After 3 hours in the chair with Laura, walked out with a completely new smile. Am absolutely thrilled with the results, everything I wanted my new smile to have, I have got. Must also mention Laura, Shardonnay, Faith and the rest of the staff at TCR, who have been a real pleasure to deal with over the past couple of months too. H.

Can I just start by saying that the romford branch of tooth club needs to be given the award for the most wonderful management ie. Veronica and in my opinion an absolute weapon of an assistant manager Faith (pay attention as these two are marvelous) the only hang up or set back was i lost all my teeth when a run away train hit me square in the face but if it had not had been for the pure honesty of Veronica and the pure energy and welcome feeling Faith show front of house then I promise you that branch would folded 2 years ago

1 Star – Shocking experience and appalling management I’m writing this based on my fiancé’s experience at Toothclub Romford, and honestly, I’m still shocked by how badly it was handled. What should have been a straightforward filling resulted in my fiancé developing a painful infection shortly afterwards. This was deeply concerning, especially given that there were no issues like this with previous dental work elsewhere. The initial treatment was bad enough — unprofessional, rushed, and rude behaviour from staff, with no proper explanation or care shown during or after the procedure. However, what made the situation even worse was what happened when I complained. The manager’s response was incredibly poor. Instead of listening or showing any empathy, she was defensive, dismissive, and completely lacking basic customer service skills. There was no apology, no reassurance, and no genuine attempt to take responsibility or even investigate what had happened. It felt like we were being treated as a nuisance rather than people raising a serious concern about a medical issue. For a dental practice, the lack of professionalism, concern for patient wellbeing, and basic human decency is alarming. This experience has completely destroyed any trust we had. I would strongly advise others to avoid Toothclub Romford if you value proper care, hygiene, and being treated with respect.
