I recently brought my son in to have a tooth removed and the care we received was excellent. The whole team were fantastic throughout the procedure. Serena and the dental nurse were especially lovely – very reassuring, caring, and kind, which really helped put my son at ease. They took their time to explain everything and made what could have been a stressful experience much more comfortable. We’re very grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown. Highly recommend.

Today my appointment was very interesting and a pleasant experience. It is the first time I have met Fajar,and she took time to explain the treatment she recommends and to answer my questions.Also explaining the exrays to me and a future plan. Her assistant Nuris was helpful too, and also Tracey whom I have come to know over the years. Thank you ladies, I shall settle down next time, probably without so many question.

We have been with this dentist for a few years now and we have never been disappointed. All staff is courteous, professional, helpful and understanding; options are always given our clearly and transparently, so you don't feel or wake up with unexpected sums or more that you have signed up for. All in all 5 stars across the board and highly recommend this practice!

My stepson has just joined the practice and had his first appointment tonight. The whole process couldn’t have been simpler, from the initial enquiry through to booking an appointment. Tracey was very helpful at each step. I’m really pleased with how the actual appointment went too. He saw Rossana & Nuria. They were friendly and relaxed. My stepson was put at ease almost immediately and the advice given was encouragement rather than any negativity. We’ve happily rebooked for 6 months time and he’s keen to show brushing improvement to them when we go. Thank you to everyone at the clinic.

What an amazing team of brilliant professionals! I was welcomed today by Tracey on reception who was cheerful, very helpful and efficient. George and Nuria were an outstanding team who worked together with great skill and care. I hadn't met George before and was deeply impressed by his very thorough, sensitive and reassuring approach. I have attended this surgery since1990 and the long established high standards of dentistry are certainly being maintained. I recommend the team at the Louise Lunness-Barnes Dental Clinic highly and without reservation. My sincere thanks go to George, Nuria and Tracey.

The Dentist was very good at explaining each procedure she did and going through my x-rays comparing them with previous ones to see if there were any changes. She was very positive and encouraging.

Have been using LLB Dental Practice for 20+ years. All the staff are friendly, extremely professional and put you at ease. I used to be a nervous patient but not anymore, this change is due to the care & compassion that I have received from the team over the years.
