Can't fault this dental practice. The receptionists are warm and welcoming, which puts you at ease. The hygienist was thorough and was great at cleaning teeth. And gave such good advice afterwards. Charlie the dentist was excellent, he replaced a crown that I had had so much trouble with. Can't thank the team enough.

From the first phone call, where they let you choose a call back option, the young gentleman I spoke to was really warm and helpful, as was the lady I spoke to later when I had to change my appointment time. Really welcoming and helpful. My dentist was Omo, assisted by Jules. Omo was kind, and was very interested in me as a patient. He gave me some helpful and very reassuring advice. I can highly recommend him and all the staff I met yesterday. A very kind and helpful dental practice.

I visited the dental hygienist - a long overdue visit, so I wasn't sure how it would go. I needn't have worried, because the two ladies who tended to my teeth made it a stress free experience. The reception staff were also lovely. All good!

Haven’t had an appointment in two years, went today and was seen by a new dentist as mine had left. I have autism and severe anxiety and the dentist was incredible with me. He was so patient and calming and spoke to me about everything before I even had my examination. Booked in for treatment next week and feel a lot more comfortable about coming back for appointments. Staff in reception were lovely too

Had an amazing experience with OMR and Harvey during my dental hygiene appointment. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish.. You can really tell they care about their patients and take pride in their work. Highly recommend such an amazing team!

As someone with a lot of anxiety around teeth I had been putting of going to a dentist for years. Unfortunately, I broke a tooth and needed to get over my own fears. I signed up to this dentist as the receptionist Amy was so incredibly friendly and helpful. She reassured me the practice understood dental anxiety and I would be in good hands. She wasn't wrong. My dentist is Ahmed Ghumati, he was straightforward with what needed to be done but never pressured me or make me feel guilty for the treatments needed. As I needed a root canal and the current practice didn't have any space soon due to the Christmas holidays, they contacted their sister clinic and got me an appointment there with my dentist. Ahamed was very reassuring, efficient and professional throughout all the procedures, listening to when I had questions and gave no judgements to me listen to my audio book, use my worry stones and shaking my foot. I had no pain after, even after the root canal which was a very present surprise. All the dental nurses have been so kind and supportive, which put my anxiety at rest and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointments.

As someone who gets dentist anxiety, from the moment I walked in the lovely nurse and dentist immediately put me at ease. Mr Woodward talked through the process and what they will be doing, different options and was very patient and easy to understand. I had a tooth removed, Mr Woodward really took his time to ensure a thorough and careful extraction and there was no pain. I was amazed and almost feel like I've had a day at a spa! I'm very grateful and I will no longer put off going to the dentist due to previous bad experiences and coldness from others. Best dental experience I've ever had.
