Matchborough Dental Practice

Had my molar tooth extracted today and, despite it being a difficult broken tooth, Dr. Rehana Mostafa made the whole experience smooth and completely pain-free. She was professional, supportive, and explained everything clearly throughout. Big thanks as well to the dental nurse who assisted and to Brooke at reception for being so polite and welcoming. Really grateful for the excellent care from the whole team at Matchborough Dental Surgery. Glad I registered here!

Receptionist is very helpful children were bored while waiting so to occupy them she gave them all paper and pencils to draw. Upstairs rooms are very small and only 1 chair so with just myself also seing Dentist and 4 children isn't big enough for everyone in room and nowhere for them to sit. Children given a sticker at the end of there treatment which the kids love although have also said the only negative is they would like to pick there own sticker.

Very rude receptionist, definitely not a people person. How has she still got a job at this dentist. I'm sure there have been people that have left or not joined because of her attitude

Very friendly staff and appointments available quite quickly. Pleasant waiting area. Both the dentist and her nurse were friendly kind and very gentle. They also explained exactly what was happening and what dental work I needed.

I have been a repeat customer for multiple years and I have always found the staff very friendly and pleasant to deal with. My father runs the practice however most of the staff have been there for years and show great dedication to their work. I honestly would recommend trying this dental practice out and you will be surprised how good it is.

I have used this practice for many years and so have my husband and daughters, the staff are very friendly, appointments are available when needed. The steps are difficult especially for those with mobility issues, however, aside from that one problem the dentist's are very dedicated and very professional.

Again a very rude rude receptionist who has been there for years. God knows how she has been allowed to continue all this time. All the bad reviews seem to be about the same person. She makes stuff up as she goes along.
